If you like long waits Dr Knopp is for you. If you want Rude staff than Dr Knopp is for you! If you want issues with filling your RX Dr.Knopp is for you. If you want a servants heart and great service...Look for another doctor!

Excellent doctor. My family and I have been with him for years and I completely trust him. He actually saved my son's life by following his instinct and having him transported from one hosital to TX Children's where he actually needed emergency surgery. Yes, you do wait to see him - BUT that is because he is very thorough and doesn't rush in and out. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

a couple of things, I was a recent patient and I liked the doctor for the most part but the wait is ridiculous....you basically lose a half of a day. an appointment time should be priority and should be kept. even if they call you and tell you are up next and you come to the office, you still wait an hour to an hour in a half just to get in.....I really don't get it. I know the staff gripes about it and the patients gripe about it so you think there would be changes made.

I have been under the care of some great Doctors in my time, but THIS one is by and far THE BEST. His office staff is personal, professional and personable. They truly care about you and your healthcare concerns. They answer the phone promptly and with a smile in their voice. They do not over schedule and can work you in necessary. There is NO inner staff drama that is ever apparent to the patients. They all seem like a family which is important when you are seeing a Family Practitioner. The office decor is clean, soothing and not overdone. He has a BIBLE on a stand and it sets a pleasant tone for the entire office. There is a television set to a neutral station and the volume is NOT obnoxious or blaring. There are comfortable chairs, 2 benches and plenty of natural light. The wall decorations are beautiful. There is hand sanitizer, a trashcan and tissues available along with a wide variety and assortment of GOOD magazines to ease the wait. Appointments run on time… above 90% of the time unless an emergency arises or a more critical patient needs to be worked in. The Nurses are always clean, neat and tidy and greet you with a smile or pleasant greeting. They perform all preliminary tasks like taking vitals, weight and blood pressure in an efficient and courteous manner. The room where that is done is always clean and sanitary. They sanitize between patients which is important. The treatment rooms are beautiful, with up to date, clean and modern equipment. There is always a magazine or two in there for you. The Doctor is always professionally dressed in nice work shirts and ties. He takes pride in his appearance as any professional Doctor should. He always greets you in a pleasant manner and is always calm, cool and collected. He will talk to you as if you are old friends because he truly cares about you if you are one of his patients. He sets a great example for what other Doctors SHOULD emulate in their practice. His ego is in check and he is quite a humble and personable man. He treats you like you are a family member and wants the best for you. He gives good, sound and practical advice and will tell a good joke every now and then. Takes compliments and complaints equally well. LOOKS you in the EYE when he is telling you what you may or may not want to hear. Tells you the truth in a compassionate and caring manner. Follows up as well. Dr. Knopp and his office is the absolute epitome of what a perfect solo practice should be. They remind me of what we have heard that old country Doctor practice would have been like. I TRULY could not be BLESSED with better people to TRUST with my HEALTHCARE to. It's an honor to be his patient for all these years.

There were as many pharma sales reps as patients the last time I was there (last week) and my total visit time was 1 3/4 hours. Preposterous. Shopping for another doctor, but it seems like the norm anymore.
