Great doctor! Better than the other neighborhood Dr's. I don't mind waiting a few hours. I know I'll get the proper services!

I was looking for a new PCP. I made an appointment with Dr. Masi (338 Court St. in Brooklyn). I arrived 10:50 for a 11am appointment. By 12:30 (100! minutes) I was still waiting. No updates no explanations. This was not a ER visit. This is a PCP. Why would they give me an appointment (I was in no hurry) if they were already clearly overbooked? I will choose another doctor. I'll take my business elsewhere.

this doctor likes to chit chat with people more than being on time with his patients. It's like walking into the opening scene of the wedding in the movie The Godfather. I had to make an appointment for just a refill of a medication and waited 45 minutes. It's pretty sad.

Stay farrrrr awayyy from this money making facility!!!!! And uncaring doctor!!!!!! The End!!!!

So I sign in. And the older woman tells me to have a seat. After seeing people going in before/after me. I decided to ask when will I be going in?. She answers me don't worry won't be to long. I sit back down. And people are still going in before me.Finally I get up and ask her again she asks me who are you what's your name. She never pulled my chart. Really? Are kidding me !! Now I'm really furious.!!! She says I'll put you next. So she puts in a room and waited another hour. Until finally I just left. Terrible and useless office.!!! Could not take it anymore! !

This office is literally 50 yards from my front door and I still cannot advise you more to stay away. I had a simple annual physical scheduled for 10am. There were 6 people in the waiting room when I arrives at 9:50. I had to assume there were other doctors/NPs treating patients. Nope. At 11:00 I went to the desk and said I'd have to reschedule as I'd have to go to work... the receptionist yelled down the hallway "Mr J has to go to work, do we have a room for him?" Offered a 7:30am appointment the next day. When I asked if it was going to be a similar situation, the answer was "I hope not." For 7:30am, when they open. They're obviously booking way more appointments to bilk insurance at the expense of patient's time. At that point I overheard another patient say they had been there since 9am. I cut the line and knew this was not a practice I could support. Either uncaring or overwhelmed, but clearly mismanaged. They should have turned away a new patient if they couldn't stick… to anything like an appointment slot. The other reviews are right. Can't review the care because you won't ever get it. Also the connected Urgent Care has a $500 minimum. Highly recommend CityMD on Court and Baltic for Urgent Care.

I've been a patient of the dr. For a while, too many changes and too many new faces. Don't like it at all. He needs to improve that.

Dr is horrible, 1ST and last time. I asked the older woman at the front desk if I was next,she tells me just be patient and have a seat when I'm literally there for 4hrs. We'll she seemed overwhelmed . When I got inside waited another hour. He's literally texting on the phone for another half hour.Also having an attitude problem with his own workers too . what kind of place is this. Horrible, Horrible horrible. Unsatisfied new patient.I never return.

This doctor is such a joke. His practice is a pure money making machine with little care given to patients. Waiting times are insane. Staff is rude. And the doctor doesn't care and doesn't follow up. All in all, terrible,
