Dr Victor A Moon

I personally work in healthcare and have worked along side numerous physicians. I was extremely impressed by Dr. Moon, his physician assistant, surgical coordinator, and each staff member I encountered during the course of my care. Dr. Moon is very professional and a gentleman as well. He made me feel extremely comfortable. He listened to what I sought to achieve and the outcome surpassed my expectations. I even received a follow up call from his PA the day after surgery to check in with me. The preop process was extremely smooth and I was given detailed instructions regarding all of the necessary steps, which significantly helped to reduce my anxiety. His office is immaculate and very soothing (almost spa-like). Dr. Moon's personality is equally soothing. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

No empathy doctor, incomplete diagnosis

Waited over an hour to see him. Saw him only for a few minutes extremely rushed. His whole team is racist and did not want to operate on me. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews go for yourself and see if he rushes your appt. Does not care to answer any of my questions nor took my measurements. If you’re a minority go see for yourself and come back and write your review. I was tricked with all the other good reviews. A blessing I will not operate with this man and PA. Even though he speaks Spanish he’s Korean. His team are Korean as well.

My wife had broken her arm severely in September. This was . It was at a 35 degree angle. Both her bone and wrist were shattered and had to be repaired. Being an artist and pianist this was a life destroying event for my wife. Her surgery required 3 incisions (3 procedures) to be made in the same surgery. Dr. Moon performed an extremely complex and difficult surgery with total mastery. He is an extremely skilled competent and caring doctor who I highly , highly recommend. Besides the surgery he has taken an active part of the entire healing process, communicating with our hand therapist Madge Dargan OTR in New York City (who is also excellent in every way) making sure that my wife is progressing the way she should be. It's now been about 3 months since her hand operation, she's been going through the whole healing process better then expected and had gained back enough flexibility to do her artwork and play the piano (though it may take a few more months e to get the piano back to… where it was before). If you need hand surgery you cannot find a more excellent Doctor then Dr. moon.
