Dr. Nwiloh is an awesome doctor. Extremely thorough...listens to you...doesn’t rush through. I was referred to him through Dr. Nangia at the Dallas Renal Group (also a 5-star Dr.) and have never regretted one moment of it.

Just love this Man has been excellent doctor for my Mother I would high recommend him to anyone. He spends the time needed and explains everything.

3 times my daughter tried to get her prescription filled for restless leg syndrome, and 3 times they said they sent it to the pharmacy but DIDN’T. The pharmacy confirmed that, all 3 times. I, the mother of the patient (retired RN, emergency room) had to call & emphatically complain. She FINALLY got her prescription. The staff seemed befuddled as I was complaining. 3 months later, I’m visiting my daughter again. She has cancer. She has tried REPEATEDLY to get a referral from Dr Nwiloh. All she would get was the answering machine; no call back. The cancer clinic as well called & received NOTHING. Finally his clinic sent them the referral. When my daughter called to arrange her chemo, oncology said they could not arrange the chemo, because Dr Nwiloh sent an EXPIRED REFERRAL!!! It was the same referral from LAST YEAR! They just seem to have a lackadaisical staff. It concerns me because my daughter needs her chemo, and DR NWILOH is delaying her getting the chemo. The staff seems… scattered & confused. I called once, & was told, “we don’t have anyone by her name.” I told the nurse / secretary, “that’s interesting, considering we had just gone over her chart an hour ago. I am gravely concerned about him being her PCP & I am URGING her to get rid of him.

Dr. Nwiloh is very professional and takes the time to listen to you and we have been very impressed with him and his office.
