The most unprofessional medical office I have ever seen. The staff is horrific - told me the doctor doesn’t return calls when I had questions about an MRI. When I said I was a patient and needed to speak with him, she hung up the phone. You are best to look elsewhere. I told my PCP about my experience and he indicated that he had received similar complaints and would not be referring anymore patients.

Wrong doctor for me. He told me he could have me seeing better with my double vision do to Myestinia Gravis in 5 days. Wrong. I saw him the first visit, then appointments with PA. Didn’t like me wanting to see him. I was DISSMISSED from his practice.

This is a review, not so much for Dr Rosenfeld, as he has shown himself to be quite not really involved with patients or bothering to read a chart before entering the room. This is reflective of his nurse. Since Oct, 2019, I have been trying to get a medicine authorized. No help! Not through messages, not through my primary doctor walking up and asking a question (I saw this myself), nope - nothing! Finally I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner, very friendly and emphatic to my plight to get this "necessary" medicine, but still nothing from the doctor or Shanira Robinson, that the doctor MUST defer. I really wished I could have worked with a doctor that cared, but maybe not! I didn't see any results until I cancelled my appointments because I don't need a follow-up for NOTHING. I am quite sure this review won't show up, because if you look at other reviews only glowing ones are readable - really? Be careful before choosing doctors from referrals or reviews.

He hates life and it shows in his attitude and in his staffs professionalism. Better service elsewhere

The Most Excellent Doctor I've ever Met is DR. ROSENFELD. I'm glad that I was referred to him. The whole staff was outstanding. After conducting a procedure, he explained, right away, the results in a very concise manner, with a comfortable and customized approach. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenfeld to ANYONE WHO NEEDS A KNOWLEDGABLE NEUROLOGIST. When I'm in need, I will, of course, go back to Dr. Rosenfeld. I'm so fortunate to have met him.

HOW MUCH I CHERISH DR. ROSENFELD! HE MAKES ME SMILE, GIVES ME HOPE FOR A BRIGHT FUTURE. IT'S A CHALLENGE TO KEEP UP A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. I NEEDED THE RIGHT DOCTOR AND I FOUND THAT IN DR. ROSENFELD. HE'S KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MANY WAYS, MUCH MORE PASSIONATE IN HIS MEDICAL PERSPECTIVE. DR. ROSENFELD IS ALWAYS HONEST IN TELLING ME MY RESULTS. I HAD BLOOD WORK DONE BY MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN AND WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MEDICATION THAT I'VE BEEN TAKING FOR MANY YEARS. AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS AND VISITING THEIR OFFICE, I STILL DIDN'T GET MEDICINE. I WAS STRUGGLING. THEN DR. ROSENFELD PRESCRIBED ME THE MEDICINE I NEEDED. AS A DR. AND PERSON, I WOULD TRUST HIM WITHOUT HESITATION. AFTER SEEING DR. ROSENFELD, I WAS SO RELIEVED!!!!!

I have seen Dr. Rosenfeld for many years. He's always trying to help me to live healthily. I appreciate Dr. Rosenfeld so much. He has a deep, warm heart, and is VERY HONEST with his care. When I see him, IT'S VERY OBVIOUS THAT HE HAS BIG AMBITION AND IS VERY ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT MEDICINE. HE TAKES HOLISTIC AND NUTRITIONAL APPROACHES TO HEALING HIS PATIENTS. I CAN FEEL, IN MY SOUL, HOW IMPORTANT MEDICINE IS TO HIM. I HIGHLY ADORE THE WAY DR. ROSENFELD IS. South Coast is fortunate to have him. He has everything I look for in a doctor. MY DR. AND OUR DR. ROSENFELD ALWAYS WILL BE!!!!

Thank you to Dr. Rosenfeld. He gave very good focus to my previous health information on the computer. He listened to what I had to say and he answered all my questions. He's a very knowledgeable doctor. WE HAVE TO KNOW THAT DR. ROSENFELD IS A NEUROLOGIST, NOT A PRIMARY CARE. I always admire Dr. Rosenfeld for the way he treats me.

The referral to a neurologist was a foreign experience. Dr. Rosenfeld's staff are all obviously well trained with experience because of their methodology and organization. They all follow Dr. Rosenfeld's LEAD in speed and Dr. Rosenfeld's ability to explain the tests, procedures and test results. I think we're fortunate to have a neurological expert in this REGION like Dr. Rosenfeld! He cares and looks you in the eye as he 'communicates' eye to eye and is just so fast and smart! I cannot imagine a more complex human system besides the BRAIN other than the NERVOUS SYSTEM. Your tests and their results will be managed from initial visit to final analysis.
