Dr. Victor Hugo Salazar Calderon, MD

This person should not be called a doctor as he lacks compassion, professionalism, integrity and respect for his patients. I had the awful experience of witnessing this man yell and attack my mother, his patient just because he desided she didn't have a diagnosis given by another doctor. Mind you, my mother was diagnosed with Epilepsy 2 years ago by another Neurologist and we transferred her to Mr. Salazar because he speaks Spanish( her language), what a mistake this was, since the first visit, this guy was "betting " my mother that she did not have Epilepsy. Like anyone would like such diagnosis!!, my mother is not after fancy diagnosis or any diagnosis at all, she suffers of loss of consciousness episodes and she has been treated for them with seizure medication and diagnosed with Epilepsy. This so called Doctor decided that she is just imagining her symptoms, just like she is imagining a TIA she had several years ago and he went as far as to call hispanic patients with ACCESS… thieves and said they come to this country to live on our government expenses and to vote for Obama to continue stilling from the government. This guy even described to my mother, who by then was shaking and had trouble breathing, how much he pays for medical insurance and every other expenses he has. Just for the record, I am Hispanic, yes, but I have been working in this country since I had the fortune of arriving and I am a US citizen who pays taxes and also, yes pays her so called medical insurance just like Mr. Salazar. My mother has ACCESS because she cannot work, mostly because of her several medical issues and because she could not buy the Obsma Care due to glitches in their system, not due to her lack of trying or laziness or because she is a thief. It is scary that this guy is in charge of vulnerable patients such as those with Epilepsy, Alzeimers and other brain related issues that impair their function and makes them even more vulnerable to monsters like this who disrespect them every chance they get. Please protect your loved ones from monsters like Victor Salazar.
