Dr. Victoria Ashley Theobalds

Ashley Theobalds is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum, blended families, couples counseling, helping clients adjust to new situations and surroundings, and helping adults and couples through life’s obstacles. Ashley completed her Master of Counseling at Lamar University. She is a former educator, school counselor, and artist with ample experience navigating the stressors and joys of progressing and changing careers. This, coupled with her professional experience, enables her to provide the guidance and support her clients are seeking. Ashley utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Ashley is known for her warm personality and positive outlook. Her warmth and accepting demeanor allow for rapport to be established quickly and deeply with clients of all ages. Ashley creates a safe space for clients to heal, grow …and measurably increase daily feelings of wellness and functioning at home, school, or work. She incorporates evidence-based integrative modalities such as meditation, guided visualization, art therapy, and positive psychology into her work.
