Excellent diagnostician. She leaves no stone unturned.

Dr. Bird was able to figure out why I had chronic kidney stones and offer a preventative care plan.

Had an appointment at 1pm. I walked in at 1pm. Checking in with receptionist I tell her I have an appointment and she advises me to have a seat. I wait in the lobby for thirty minutes, nothing happens. I go to the front counter and tell the receptionist I am leaving and she asks me my name and whether I had an appointment. I tell her “yes, I told you that thirty minutes ago when I walked in,” and she tells me she will go back and tell them, but I insist I’m leaving. I walk out and email my doctor and get referred somewhere else. Then, seven hours later, at 825pm on a Friday, someone calls me from their office and apologizes and tells me she was just now informed I had an appointment and walked out. She said as an apology I can come in tomorrow on a Saturday and be seen (for my consult). I honestly didn’t know what to say. I don’t think I can trust a practice with my important areas of my body if they can’t handle some basic tasks.
