Dr Victoria L Bruegel

Dr. Bruegal has a wonderful bedside manner and really cares about her patients. She truly wants the very best for every patient. You may have to wait a little longer in the waiting room for your appointment, but the quality of time she will take with you when seen is more important than a few extra minutes reading a magazine!

My first and last visit. I arrived at 1:30 for a 2:00 appointment. Noticed a chart on the wall in the reception area with a wait time for the doctors- no wait times were posted. The support staff seemed excellent. A member of the support staff took me to a room, took my temperature and blood pressure. The girls came into the office twice to see how I was doing, offer me water, and inquire as to whether I wanted to wait in the reception area, or reschedule. It was an hour and twenty eight minutes before the doctor made an appearance. When I asked her why she would put me through the wait she said, "I have a lot of patients". "You had the opportunity to reschedule." She is not what I am looking for in a doctor.

Spends a lot of time with you

Excellent doctor, office staff is a disorganized mess. Impossible to get through their phone system. Gave me the wrong appointment time and date, didn't even apologize. The only reason I didn't go elsewhere is because Dr. Bruegel is great.
