Dr. Katz is talented Rheumatologist.She explains all possible complications from different rheumatic diseases that attack our Immune system.She tries prevent patients from infection, inflammation, cancer, vascular problems. She keeps eye contact with patients and helps psychologically to accept this disease and fight with it. Thank you Dr Katz.

I travel to see her and i am so happy always to talk to her She always found time to do thoroughly physical exam, explain my blood work or x- rays, if i dont understand she slowly explains abnormal tests, She is a Doctor from God! Dr. Victoria Katz boldly addresses the breadth of my many complicated rheumatic conditions. She is my diagnosing doctor for several persistent conditions under her specialty. Before finding her and attentive Physician Assistant Anna Doyban, my complaints had been neglected and even eventually misdiagnosed by a team of doctors in a medical institution self-touted to be number one in many areas. Dr. Katz neither boasts nor promises anything, yet she and Anna confidently tackle the myriad of serious health issues with an armour of experience and the most recent advances in rheumatology and beyond. She has the unique ability of addressing the intricacies of the whole patient, the key trait that sets her apart from other myopically-concentrated medical professionals. With careful attention, she even discovered (which led to a subsequent diagnosis) the cause of persistent back pain rooted in a a neurological condition that my neurologist had missed repeatedly. I happily travel ninety… minutes each way to the New York Arthritis Clinic because Dr. Katz commits to her patients wholly, helping them to carve out a secure path to diligent self care.

Dr. Katz is very professional and patient oriented. She's providing the best guidance for the patients to be treated from start to finish. Besides that she's one of the most decent and kind people I've ever met.

I went to this dr by a patient recommendation I am very happy to be treated by this dr I was seen a dr that ignored and missed the signs that indicated I was infected with lime disease and was almost crippled when I got to dr Katz by that time I had severe rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus she works hard is very knowledgeable I don't mind waiting for her I used to go to a dr that had I walked in I knew I had a 3 hour wait. I will and do recommend her

She thoroughly, with patience listen me , examine and explained her plan of treatment, she made me an injection to my back and I was able to meet New Year without pain , send me for x ray , I am happy that I found a Doctor ! Victoria Katz,M.D does not listen and rushes questions that she repeats. Does not give thorough physical exams and relies on blood work and x-rays yet fails to address diagnosis with proper treatment. Staff is incompetent plus refuse to communicate with pharmacist. I would never recommend Victoria Katz- I am a patient 6 plus years and acknowledge it is TIME TO DIVORCE my RHEUMATOLOGIST

Dr. Victoria Katz is the gold standard in rheumatological care. When I am seeking a medical professional, I conduct rigorous research, and Dr. Katz has consistently exceeded my every expectation. My first appointment with Dr. Katz was at the Central Park West office, where a detailed assessment of my symptoms and medical history was taken. During the exam, Dr. Katz, herself, also asked me about my professional and family life. Without leading my answers, she helped me remember and articulate symptoms that I was aware of, which I didn't realize were at all related. She is intimately acquainted with the vast symptomology of rheumatological illness. After a thorough diagnostic process during which she monitored me over an extended period of time, Dr. Katz had gathered the substantial amount of clinical evidence needed to effectively diagnose me with rheumatoid arthritis, mixed connective tissue disease, and systemic lupus erythematosus. Needless to say, I was pretty overwhelmed… and afraid. However, I was deeply comforted by her commitment to restore my health and quality of life. I have a couple of other autoimmune diseases, and the specialists that I had seen for them did not begin to approach her diagnostic capabilities, bedside manner, let alone accounting of the entire complicated, multi-layered medical picture. Dr. Katz is extremely careful with her course of action, and her compassion is unmatched. I am extremely trigger shy when it comes to taking medications, and those routinely used in rheumatological care are among the most serious a person could ever take under any circumstance. From the beginning, she laid out a clear plan and set me on a conservative course of treatments during which I was very closely monitored. She was careful to be certain that the treatment plan which she devised would be harmonious with the treatments for my other pre-existing medical conditions. At the first sign of any medication sensitivity or side effects, she's quick to find a remedy. Dr. Katz is the first doctor I've seen in a very long time who genuinely cares about how I am feeling and my quality of life. Her business is a well-calibrated machine operating with three available locations. It is not my closest location, but I take my appointments at her Brooklyn office. It's a comfortable, warm, lively office located in a small King's Highway medical center. Whether interacting with the medical or administrative staff, I have enjoyed consistently polite, genuinely concerned care and treatment from all members of her staff. I simply could not find a better doctor to treat the complex blend of diseases with which I'm diagnosed. Dr. Katz takes her time with me. Her work is meticulous, and she stays up-to-date and ahead of the curve in research, medications, techniques, and how patients react to all of these. She has been diligent in making sure that I see the related specialists to prevent and alleviate any complications which could exacerbate or arise from rheumatological illness. Because of her detailed care, I was made aware of a potentially dangerous tricuspid valve anomaly in my heart. After complaining of bone and joint pain to my other doctors for a couple of years, I was quite debilitated and hopeless by the time I had reached her. Simply put, she got me results. By the time I had reached about six months under Dr. Katz's care, she had chased the rheumatoid arthritis into remission, thereby alleviating a great deal of the debilitating pain which kept me in a constant state of exhaustion and tethered to my bed. There is no question that Dr. Victoria Katz has saved my life.

While Dr.Katz herself is a decent doctor, the office is by far the worst I have ever seen. The managers have no idea how to do their job. The wait is always over an hour and up to 4-5. They are always understaffed and what staff they have are clearly overworked and hate their jobs or don't even no how to do the job they have. There is no order at all, records go missing all the time, papers get mixed up, blood work results are always late. Do not recommend at all. Patient of 2 years+

Dr Katz is an excellent physician. She is very professional, caring, sympathetic and very knowledgeable. She always tries to identify the root of the problem and tackle it down one at a time. I have had RA in 17 years and not one doctor cared to inject me with medications. I would get them home and have them sit in my refrigerator simply since I was afraid to inject myself. By having a nurse give me my injections I feel confident that I will be more compliant with me medicine and concentrate on getting myself better. Thank you Dr. Katz and staff for providing such an incredible service.
