Dr. Victoria Cole Mosteller, MD

She was the doctor that saw my son at the ER Baptist at The Town Center. Very rude and short like I shouldn’t have brought him in. Basically told me if he had the flu there was nothing they can do about it. I remained calm for the sake of my son and getting him better. But he didn’t care too much for her either. She even suggested he was delayed because he wasn’t talking! He’s sick!!! I had to tell him to say something so she would stop questioning! She’s the reason I’ll never go there again! Based on the other reviews it’s a hit or miss. If she wants to be nice she will, but if she feels you’re wasting her time, worst bedside manners ever!!!

Took my 8mo to the Pediatric ER over the weekend. High fever (103) not eating nor drinking, crying, couldn't sleep. She was very rude. While attempting to explain all of his symptoms to her she walked out in the middle of me speaking (more than once). A flu test was ordered. It came back negative, and as she giving me discharge instruction of Tylenol/Motrin I asked her if it could be strep. She was condescending and challenged me as to "Why? Why would you think its strep?!" She crossed her arms in annoyance and snatched up a swap to test his throat. When she pulled it out she didn't even notice right away the amount of blood on it. "Oh its the Tylenol they gave him." Well he didn't have Tylenol, he had Motrin. "Oh, it because he moved." No, he wasn't moving be I was holding him very still. My son began coughing up blood, and I went to the nurses station to show them. Again she waved it off as no big deal. I was so astounded by her behavior, I have never NEVER had a Dr treat… me, much less my BABY this way. She insulted me on how he doesn't sleep through the night and I am stunting his growth. Well took him to his primary the next day and he has a very severe case of strep. Close enough for a blood infection. A test that she told me was negative less than 24hrs prior. I honestly doubt she even sent the swabs in for testing to begin with. She's absolutely horrid and if this is so inconvenient to her then she needs to leave medicine immediately. Dr. Mostellar was the night doctor for our Angel Kids Pediatrics visit. She was very abrupt and rude to my 3 year old and myself, and was short with her staff as well. I’ve honestly never had an appointment with a pediatrician who was so impatient with a child, and was very disappointed in our visit, even though we left with the needed information and medicine.

I have nothing but rave reviews for Dr. Mosteller. She has always done the best for my kids and is very helpful and knowledgable.

We had a complicated issue with my son. She spent so much time teaching us. I'm surprised about these other comments.

Very rude doctor with absolutely no bedside manner. Patient examination rooms are filled with ADHD/ADD medication brochures. Dr. Mosteller is an ADHD/ADD pill pusher. We are leaving the practice for a few reasons: -Its so hard to make an appointment in her office, she is never there (you can find her working-out at the JCP clubhouse). -she likes to argue with me over my children's wholefood/clean food diet and likes to push high animal protein diets, much higher then the AAP (American Association of Pediatrics) daily suggested amount. -ADHD/ADD Pill pusher. -She is an outdated doctor with outdated treatments. -Her billing person is crabby and rude. Pros:Rose and the nurse that work in her office are amazing and so sweet.

She's very interested in the whole patient. She takes a very thorough history, adding to the nurse who is already very good. She always calls or has her nurse Chris, even when it may seem trivial. Our 4 kids love going there, and there is plenty to play with when she's running late. I don't mind a wait when I know I'm going to get my time with her.

She is highly knowledgeable yet rude. You never know if you are going to get her "nice" side or rude side. Also, she is frequently out of the office and out of town. The nurse always give exceptional service! I loved the nurse, but needed a doctor with better bedside manners.

Rude; values her time much more than yours even though you are paying her for services. Her "holier than thou" attitude was just too much for me to take. She made unprofessional and inappropriate comments. Very disappointed!

This doctor was very rude & would not come back at all. She told me that I needed to take my daughter home to shower before she could examine her. What kind of doctor does that ? I would think since I payed a office visit I would get a decent enough treatment for my child but I was dissapointed. Not to mention the (negative) energy I felt in the actual office. Something didnt seen right. Staff was annoying.. Anyways my point is I'm not returning.
