Dr. Victor Joseph Songco Luz, MD

Dr. Luz is awesome. My pediatrician of 27 years retired ( my kids range in age from 14-28), and I never thought I would find another one I liked as much. Dr. Luz is great, my 14 year old son really likes him. Very pleased with him and their entire office.

We have had the most over-the-top patient satisfaction! We felt like Dr. Luz truly cares about our daughter. There was an issue with the medication and he phoned in another one in less than 5 mins, called to check on us periodically. I'm a RN and I felt like he was very knowledgable and sincere. Not very many doctors like him left! A++++ PS and he makes himself available during the off hours so you don't have to make a trip to the ER!

Our whole family LOVES Dr. Luz. He is an amazing, compassionate Dr. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

It took him over an hour to return our call during "after hours" and when he did it was clear that I was upset at the time. When I explained my frustration and that I would appreciate an apology, he never gave one. Just excuse after excuse of why he didn't return the call and said I should've just called 911. After an hour I no longer needed his assistance anyway, it was the way he handled the conversation and lack of concern at the time he finally decided to getting around to calling us. I would not recommend him, God forbid you need his help "after hours!"

My 2 sons, nephews and neices are patients of doctor Luz. He is amazingly caring. He is very personable, he knows all the kids and parents by name and he always takes the time to explain everything. When i changed my insurance, i didnt focus on the co-pay, all i cared was that it was an insurance that dr.luz could take... he is amazing
