Dr. Victoria Guardian Ocampo, MD

Dr. Ocampo is fabulous! I agree with another post, the receptionist is AWFUL! I ended up leaving due to the receptionist. This was a hard choice for me because Dr. O Campo is a JOY, she just needs happier people working at the front desk.

Victoria is great, kind and listens. The main issue I have with them is the receptionist. She is unprofessional and a bully. I have had two appointments cancelled on me within 4 months. The second time was due to an emergency, but come to find out the backup doctor could not see me because she had retired 3 months ago. Even though I worked with them on the scheduling they would not fit me in when I was available. Also another pet peeve, they do not except credit cards as a form of payment. They have a weird billing system where you have to sign a form stating that you will have the delivery paid for before the actual delivery. This did not seem to effect my insurance but it was very unusual. After all this went down I decided to leave the practice and paid $10 for my records. Upon looking through my forms the receptionist put unprofessional comments about the dispute I had with her for the second cancelation.
