She rarely pays attention to what you're saying and you have to keep repeating yourself because she's busy writing notes!

This woman appears to be prejudice against a particular race. I'm surprised given her race. She appears to think I'm drug seeking, so she sits back and lists all of the negative effects of medications she is prescribing without mentioning the positive aspects of it. Who does that?! I have never done drugs, so I am relying on her to provide a med that will work for particular condition. I don't know/care anything about how meds can be misused. Also, this woman is very combative. She argues about your symptoms were 1 month ago compared to now to try and show inconsistencies in what you said. Good Lord woman! Every health professional knows that symptoms change over time. I'm certainly looking for another doctor. I don't need this type of craziness at a doctor's visit!

This woman dismisses my complaints; seems to think people are drug seeking. I don't and never have done drugs! It is quite possible she is prejudice toward some races and I'm surprised given her race. She's also very combative, complains and bring up symptoms from last visit to prove that you're inconsistent..my goodness woman, who does this?! People's symptoms change from visit to visit, especially in a month's time. You should know this as a healthcare professional. Sits back and tells you all negative side effects of a medication, without sharing the positive...that's foolishness! Definitely will be looking for someone else. Deserve 0 stars!!!!

I needed a prescription refill after a follow up blood test was done. I never heard back from her or from her staff. When I called, I was told that prescription would be sent to the pharmacy but even after 3 days it is not sent. When I called back, the person answering my call was completely clueless and all she could say is that she would have someone call me back which ofcourse never happened. I have a newPCP for my family.

She had no investment in my problems. She only seemed to want to prescribe me stuff and get me out of her office, never seemed to care about my problems at all. She rarely addressed my concerns and questions

All my concerns & questions were answered in a most timely manner. I felt as thou I was a VIP with all the test & procedures. I feel confident in her care & highly recommend her & her staff.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Parekh and I'm so happy to have her as my Dr. she went over everything you could possibly go over and she had a great understanding of all my health issues. She has a wonderful bedside manner and I think she is the best Dr. around. Would recommend to everyone.

I called the office to complain of pain from an ongoing issue. I have never called with an issue, so assumed someone would call me back within 24 hrs. I was told a nurse will call. It is 7 days later and I called to be told with HUGE attitude that I need to come in (next available 3 weeks) or go to urgent care. Rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Especially to a patient saying she’s in pain. Really upsetting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had multiple visits over the past year and all have been terrible. Over an hour wait each time and no interest in personal concerns besides just prescribing medicine.

The office environment: rushed, cold. Staff interaction with patients: impersonal, demeaning. Throughout the visit, nurses and Dr. Parekh offer minimal eye contact and are obsessively typing notes into the computer, leading to poor communication, a need to repeat oneself and distraction. On multiple occasions, I was asked to reiterate my pain points, confirming my belief that the doctor was not listening to me as intently as I wished. Advice to patients: you want to be under the care and supervision of an individual who is able to connect with you through thorough communication. Bedside manners are incredibly important. At this office, you will feel rushed from the time you enter to when you are asked for a copay. The receptionists (Weymouth office) are quite unpleasant and snippy. This has been a learning experience. Heed my advice so you may avoid discovering for yourself.
