Billing and office staff do not have their act together. Was misquoted price for services and then was billed an additional fee that was not disclosed or explained. Instead of apologizing for incorrect billing and not giving accurate information at time of service office manager told me to find another dentist.

Dr. Reddy is flat out the best dentist I have ever had. Why? I am following a brushing / flossing regimen religiously for the first time in half a century â??without guilt or threats. From years of neglect, I needed oral surgery that threatened to lose up to 4 teeth. The surgery was done so well, I lost none of them. Their equipment is more advanced, so laborious practices take less time. Cleanings are pain-free and nearly even discomfort-free. Why? Because of the practice's policy on continuing education for her staff, my hygienist, Andrea, has taken dozens of courses, with 7 on tool sharpening alone. Little-known fact: Properly sharpened tools yield much more comfortable cleanings and take less time. And no, you don't get poked more. :-) These folks are professional, friendly, prompt, highly competent, extremely well trained, sensitive and compassionate â?? and turnover is practically non-existent. What more could you ask for in a dentist?
