Dr. Vijay Arora, MD

Do not make an appointment with this doctor unless you have 2+ hours to wait to see her. Her waiting room is packed and outside is packed with patients. Lobby is not clean and I made this appointment over two weeks ago. I just left, because of the wait and I may see a dr or a nurse practitioner.

I love Dr. Arora. He is a wonderful OBGYN. He even recognized that I have Hashimotos before my regular doctor did. I'm so very grateful to him.

This place really sucks, they are not good doctors. They just love money and will do anything for it. Don’t go here, really wish I had switched doctors.

I originally went to Melanie Arora's practice for my ovarian cysts several times then one day, Dr. Vijay Arora's office called me to transfer me to his office. They started to add up things like claiming that I have endometriosis and recommended laparoscopic surgery. After surgery, they said that I didn't have endometriosis but I have uterine prolapse. They said that I must have a hysterectomy before it gets worse. I was baffled because I don't have symptoms of prolapse at all. They kept scheduling me every two weeks for an ultrasound exam for my ovarian cysts, follow up, then tried to push me to schedule a hysterectomy because of my uterine prolapse. My last appointment was the last straw for me. There was a new physician assistant that I have never met. She definitely did not read my chart nor asked me my reason for being there. She started to say things with the same words from my 1st appointment with them. She basically said that I might have endometriosis and recommended lap… surgery... It suddenly dawned on me that they make false claims to collect our insurances to make money. They always overbook 20-30 women in the waiting room, 2-4 hour wait times for 5-10 minute check-ups/follow-ups, and unnecessary medical procedures. I went to a different physician for a 2nd opinion. She took the time to do a lengthy exam for uterine prolapse and explained everything. My uterus is in great condition and no sign of prolapse. She pointed out that uterine prolapse will be detected during pelvic exams. If my past doctors did not say anything then I didn't have it.

When I made my app I asked to see a doctor. After waiting over 2 hours I was seen by an NP. I told her I requested a doctor and she acted angry with me. Out in the waiting room there was some guy selling cups of fruit, to the patients and staff. I was sent to have images made. When I came by for test results I waited over an hour and a half. After finding conditions on my images she said “take some Motrin”. After having my condition ignored—I went in to request my records. The receptionist was eating and after waiting about a half an hour told me it would take a week or two. I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Vijay Aurora is an excellent doctor. He did my operation, very caring about my life and well-being. Very sensitive and caring doctor. I highly recommend him.

2-3 hour wait time every single time I have gone to this office. They overbook! Not a seat available in the waiting room. Do not come here unless you want to wait all day long for a 3 minute conversation with the doctor/PA. Worthless

He really rude

I'll start with that I like Dr. Arora, he's very thorough. Although I have sat in his office lobby for an hour and forty- five minutes minimum. Few times I've had to leave without being seen. After the first few times I realized this is Ridiculous. (And I would let it be known) I would always schedule my appt. In the early a.m. because I had other daily obligations. It wasn't until several appts. later that one of the staff told me he doesn't come in until 10:00 or 10:30. And yet they were scheduling me 8:00, 9:00 & 9:30 appts. as I had requested but didn't bother to tell me that I'd be sitting there for hours and then sit there another hour after the Dr. gets in. When you do see the Dr. He comes in talking fast and sometimes he has cut me off from answering his question. He wouldn't feel rushed if the office didn't schedule too many patients in a day. Also, during my long waits I have on several occasions I would go to the window (after an hour or so) and they have… forgotten about me. And everytime they would say "oh your next" . Ya Right!! Over all everyone is nice and the facility is very clean.

He wasted no time in running tests to diagnose me and getting me to where I needed to be to save my life. I owe him my life and will keep him as my doctor. I'm sorry I didn't find him years ago.
