I had a terrific experience with Dr. Sharma and his staff. I received a full CT head scan at their office on my first visit and his physician assistant Taylor quickly pinpointed my sinus issue. He thoroughly explained the issue, options and recommendation. They scheduled a balloon sinuplasty, gave me clear prep instructions, followed up before the procedure to make sure I knew what to do and got all the prescription arrange. Dr Sharma handled the procedure and again thoroughly explained what they would do, the recovery process and checked in the next day. Follow up 10 days later with Taylor was perfect.

Horrible bedside manner. After speaking with Dr. Sharma’s assistant twice about getting a device for sleep apnea and waiting for an hour and 15 minutes in his office, Dr. Sharma told me he “doesn’t do that” and walked out of the office. After saying I won’t be coming back to his office after how I was treated, he said, “good.” Awful. Do not waste your time.

I was seen as a new patient same day as requesting an appointment online. I was seen before my appointment time, he took his time with me, never rushed or left the room, answered every question and had a wonderful sense of humor. New lifelong patient of his.
