My PCP referred me to Dr. Kaila, with me dreading the routine colonoscopy What a wonderful surprise when she walked into the room. Her gracious relaxed succinct and professional manor put me at ease immediately. Easiest procedure ever.

I love Dr. Kaila. I don't think the reviews would be harsh if she was a male doctor. She's matter of fact and straight forward, but I appreciate that. You're there to get well, not make friends. She helped me get through many bouts of diverticulitis and keep it and my diet under control. Many times I was in and out of ER and hospital and she would call me after hours and not leave for vacation until she knew I was taken care of. I've recently moved from the area and it's been difficult finding someone like her.

Dr. Kaila is a knowledgeable doctor. She knows how to explain the situation that's going on and why it's going on. She communicates but mostly listens which is what was expected, I mean the doc has to hear everything before being able to conclude the outcome. The waiting time sucks but I mean I'm at the doctor so I understand.

Dr. viajaya l. Kaila is unprofessional, rude, and nasty. I handed my lab reports to her from a previous doctor, and instead of taking them, she abruptly walked out of the room and never returned without any explanation. Only after I requested a refund for the office visit from the receptionist, that the doctor appeared and lied and told me that "she had an important phone call." She intentionally came into the examining room much too soon after she told me to take my clothes off and put a paper gown on just to humiliate me by seeing me half naked. After she finally examined me and told me I could put my clothes on, she never returned to the examining room to give me further medical advice or instructions in regard to my medical condition. I had to walk out of the examining room not knowing where Dr. Kaila went to. If you want to be treated like you are less than human, nothing done for your medical condition, and throw your money away go see Dr. vijaya I. Kaila , and you will certainly… suffer a terrible excruciating experience beside the medical problems you already have the reason why you had to see the doctor in the first place.

Her staff is awesome, but I get the feeling that she's less interested in taking care of her patients than she is in making money. She seems completely uninterested in diagnosing me and instead just prescribes more medicine and ignores my questions and concerns about lifestyle changes. I was in the middle of a conversation with her while lying in a hospital bed and she just walked away and left the hospital without finishing answering my questions. She released me with no answers about what's wrong with me and prescribed drugs that aren't working.
