Too bad this office can’t be given ZERO STARS!!! My wife paid her copay every visit and because they hadn’t gotten reimbursement from my wife’s insurance company (Aetna) for their portion, the doctor demanded payment of $250 during my wife’s office visit today. When she told them she couldn’t pay it, they refused to see her, leaving her in dire need of a prescription she can not be without. Office staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and turned their back on my wife. She has since filed a complaint with Aetna. Hopefully other folks won’t have to endure what she went through today!

Very uncertain that this is a licensed physician based on the horrible practice. DO NOT assign yourself to this doctor. You will regret it.

I wish there was a way I could give zero stars. I’ve never had the worst medical care provider in all my life. I can’t believe they allow this type of medical care (or lack thereof) in the United States. Poor service. Poor treatment. Poor customer service. I can’t even schedule an appointment at this office, and on top of that, they are never open or available. Don’t be fooled because it says that she is a Sutter affiliate—I strongly advise you NOT to use this so-called doctor.

May comment is: If you are looking for poor performance, a lack of compassion or care for her patience then she the girl for you. No follow-up, will drop a patient like a hot potato. I do not recommend her to any one living in the Elk Grove area. Sad, just sad, practices, with no regard for the care and concern for patience.

It is perhaps the worst office I have ever dealt with where everyone from doctor to receiptonist are so rude. Doctor is so arrogant and stupid. They have policy no children allowed in exam room so when I asked that plz give me the copy of the policy they hand me over the sign saying no children allowed in exam room and when I asked that it doesn't say your office name address or anything on it than they said this what it is do what ever you want to do. Worst doctor in the world Refilling your prescription that needs doctors authorization is like nightmare to have it refill as pharmacy keep on sending request to doctor office and nobody cares.

Dr. Reddy's staff will take weeks, if not months before they can send a referral to a specialist, by the time they get to it the authorization has expired. It is almost impossible to make an appointment or ask a question over the phone, messages never get returned.

Very unprofessional, rude, unethical, rushes patients out after making them wait hours, only cares about money.

Worst Doctor EVER! I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Her office staff is absolutely friendly & helpful, but she is terrible. Had she stuck to just "urgent care", she'd be fine. She has a lot of knowledge, but her follow-up is horrible. Refills go unfilled, specialist requests go unrequested, etc. At refill request, told need to come in first but can't get you in for a while. But, won't fill meds u need (non narcotic, been on for over 10 years) & life threating with out them.
