This place is misleading and send the wrong bills. The book the appointment and let you book the appointments through online system and show every time slot is available. Once you book the appointment, they call and ask for all kind of information and then they start negotiating to change the appointment and provider. Some time, when we ask them to cancel, they don't cancel, and they still bill you for the missing appointment. Be cautious with this facility.

Dr ordered urine culture for my husband and after 6 working days we came to know that urine culture was never ordered .Dr starterd him on antibiotics for 10 days without urine culture report. This is so careless of the staff and when we called dr office they were so rude even though it was their mistake . How can you start antibiotics without even doing urine culture report? And for 6 working days we called up twice and on 6th day they informed us that urine culture was never done. This has happened twice by your hospital . So i would suggest that you need to talk to your management and take this as patients priority and not ignore with someones health.

Didn't take enough time listening to patient. Always in hurry!

I want to this doctor for my annual and the visit was quick. she asked during the visit if you have any problem so I replied that sometimes I have low back pain when I sit for a long period that was the end of discussion. After the visit I received a bill when I called I told them that I want for the annual which is cover at 100%. They said she charged me for the discussion about my back.

She was an amazing doctor the very first visit, I will forever be grateful when I come into see her!

The best thing about making an appointment with Dr. Raghu is that you know she will listen to your concerns and will recommend the best solution for your health problems. I never feel rushed, and the staff is always friendly whenever I've visited. I've never had to wait more than 15 mins in the waiting room. Dr. Raghu walked me through a very uncomfortable procedure, and never did I feel embarassed or shamed because of my condition. I'm very grateful to her.
