Dr. Vijaytha Rathnam explained things to me as if this was the first day being a woman. She didn't ask many questions, but just talked. Like she had a script of what to go over. She ordered the necessary tests, which I appreciated, but she's condescending and didn't take an interest in my health or experience. Much of the information she gave wasn't relevant to my circumstance.

Doctors are not very receptive, my primary provider was often distracted during visits talking about things other than my questions. In one of my recent visits I had asked for a cervical evaluation but didn't get one saying things were expected to look normal.

Dr. Rathnam Listens and is very knowledgeable. She's gentle and explains what she is doing. She asks if I'm comfortable during procedures. She's an excellent doctor and would recommend her to my friends and family.
