This doctor is rude; her staff reflects her personality. Super high turn over. Refuses to file insurance because “ too busy” and gives illegitimate prescription and when mistake is caught, they won’t fix it and will avoid responding to pharmacy follow up and then deny the pharmacy contacted them. Makes referrals for MRI but won’t explain why !!

Dr Prasard leads her office with poor communication, disinterested in patient issues and less then professional handling of insurance and prescriptions. Dr Prasard now has signs every where in the medical offices stating no rudeness toward staff. Has anyone ever seen such a thing in a doctors office? Majority of people only show respect and are too ill to misbehave... this is definitely a reflection of her and her office staff.

The staff is always eager to help and try to assist in anyway possible. I would highly Recommend this office to anyone..... .Dr.Prasad is the best doctor in Swainsboro GA. She is An Awesome Doctor she has a heart for everyone she is no fake she is very real and Ms. Megan C. Kight she is Awesome as well....

This office is amazing. The staff are very helpful. The providers are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is always ease of appointment scheduling. There are many ways to communicate with the staff (patient portal, text, and phones). The smiling faces are always helpful to all patients. The staff is always eager to help and try to assist in anyway possible. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I sought a second opinion after I felt my former PCP didn't "listen" to my health complaint. Dr. Prasad listened--and found the problem right away. She gave me medications to ease the acute problems while I waited for a specialist and further testing. Everyone at the office has been extremely caring and kind, and so I've switched my primary care to this practice.

I've been a patient of Dr. Prasad for ten or 12 years now. Having raised a family, I've seen many doctors over the years. By far, the most compasionate, caring, proffesional, approachable, dependable, honest and straight forward in the medical field, I've ever known, is Dr Vijitha Prasad. I'd describe her office staff as heads above the rest as well. Swainsboro, GA was blessed in a very big way when God sent her to us. Simply put...THE BEST!
