HORRIBLE.

First Dr Gosali used to have good nurses there no longer working to assist the patient and they were amazing, still have the front desk girl really helpful , respectful and have really good knowledge what she does. Second thing is she have new medical assistance staff they are so terrible, my medication are always send wrong to the pharmacy. I specify and clarify with them before I leave the office, no attetion at all , because they are in the cell phones, when i leave i hate to bother the front desk girl to let her know regarding my medications and she calls the once again the nurses to confirm the medication and explain to them and still the nurses send my medication wrong to the pharmacy. I left the practice because her new staff . Me and my husband did not feel safe no more with our health with this new staff. We did complain to Dr Gosalia regarding other situations with the nurses and Dr Gosalia got bother regarding when I try to explain to her , how her medical assistance does… not have any education and the way they assist the patients. I live in a community where we know each other and few my friends are going to leave the practice, same reason that we notice the change in the office. Not even radiology order not done right for my husband. We when to the office 5 times for the order to be fix right and this nurse gave me worst attitude, she tall one skinny with glasses, she does the labs sometimes and she is really not right the way she talk to us. Me and my husband try to stay in the practice ,we can see there will not be no change with the nurses and I will not risk my health.

I love this doctor. I have been struggling with thyroid problems. I had a doctor for 16 years who tried to control my thyroid. I was sent to a specialist who took me off completely of thyroid even though I had a partial thyroid surgery 40 years ago. That doctor ended up leaving and I tried to find a doctor to help me. Finally I found Doctor Gosalia. She cares she takes her time with you. She digs right in to everything you need to have her address. Her office is immaculate and her staff very friendly

Terrible doctor and staff. It’s hard to understand the staff and the staff struggles to communicate with English speaking patients. The doctor cares more about how pretty her office looks than how healthy her patients are. She should have stayed with the large company she left because she’s not ready for a solo practice. There are no electronic records, only paper charts. Her rates are much, much higher than other primary care doctors.
