Unprofessional staff

Staff is incredibly rude and unsanitary. The older assistant, Janet doesn't like to use gloves when taking blood. They talk about you in Russian in your face. Dr rarely touches patient and always in a rush. Staff is combative when requesting patient records or facilitating requests such as prescriptions and referrals. was instructed to change my insurance because it was too much work for them even though the participate in the plan

horrible doctor, did not care for my mom's symptoms at all. After all my mom was diagnosed with cancer. For two years this doctor did not even send my mother to get tested.
