I called your office to make appointment for my daughter and was told by your receptionist that she couldn't make appointment for me because I owe your clinic $7.00 something. She asked that I must go and settle this amount before she set an appointment for me. I told her I would pay on the appointment day but she refused as it's against company's policy. I told her then i would have to find another doctor and she said go ahead. Later I found out from my husband that he had settled the amount and you have not updated your records. I called up and told her to check and found out it was paid. I said next time check your records properly and never insult your patients. It's unfortunate that you just lost a patient because of your rude and unethical staff. She ought to be fired. Call made on 11/20/13
