Dr. Vinaykumar Moola Reddy, MD

I was referred to physical therapy through Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center and saw the in-office physical therapist. My first PT visit was fine... light pressure and stretching, no real improvement but no worsening either. At my second visit, the office was not open at my scheduled appointment time. There was no check-in process or intake paperwork, and another patient was turned away due to scheduling conflicts. This session was much more intense than the first, and I left feeling sore. Over the following days, that soreness turned into acute pain that I had not experienced since before treatment. When I contacted the office for guidance, I was told to schedule a follow-up with my doctor. At that visit, I requested copies of my PT treatment notes. Initially, I was told they could only be released to my attorney. Then I was told the PT was affiliated with another office and that I’d need to contact them — but that office had no record of me since I’d never been seen there. A front… desk staff member was dismissive and unprofessional during this process, even discussing my request with others in a way that I could overhear. After multiple attempts and delays, I finally received my records, but the process was unnecessarily difficult and raised concerns about accuracy of said records. Based on my experience with both the therapy and the administrative handling of my case, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

I drive all the way from Ripon, Ca to see him cause he seems to be the only person that really does care to help me. I’ve been getting injections with him for several years and he hasn’t failed me yet. The offices are always clean and staff really do make you feel like family. I've been with Dr. Reddy and his practice for a few years now and its been the best experience for me. He is personable and takes his time with all his patients. He follows through with his treatment plans and always makes sure I am well aware of everything going on. I was hesitant about seeking a pain management doctor but im sure glad I found him!

After 4 years of low back pain and leg pain that wouldn't get better, I met Dr. Reddy and my life got better. He listened, he explained my condition to me, and came up with a plan that worked. After seeing 5 other physicians, I final found Dr. Reddy. He changed my life for the better.

Dr. Reddy's office never returns phone calls or emails to anyone on your case. I work in the workers' comp legal field and myself had an injury. I would never go to this doctor ever again. All my requested treatment was always denied due to their inability to return calls or reports to other doctors.

Don't expect too much from the staff. Most of the time you have to leave a message and then it's often not returned for several days - if at all. Dr. doesn't listen to concerns, makes assumptions and talks down to you.

Dr. Reddy is an excellent communicator and physician. He performed a spinal injection on my mother with great results. He has a great bedside manner!

Very smart doctor. I had a spinal injection by another doctor which did not work. I was referred to Dr. Reddy for another try vs. other options. Dr. Reddy and his team were very through. He went over my MRI and explained what he saw. He pointed out what was going on. He recommended an injection to target that area. He did the shot. I didn't feel a thing. It worked great. I could not have asked for anything more. Dr. Reddy has a great bedside manner and is genuinely funny.
