Let me start by saying, I was on guard after reading all the horrible reviews. However, upon arriving the girls were lovely, Dr was a little late, but after my son's appointment I understood that it's because he is so thorough, that he doesn't rush his patients! Frankly, he is how Physicians use to be (caring, compassionate, professional, personable, explains as he goes) If you're a legitimate patient, not a ?? seeker, or fake you will be great!! He even asked if my son wanted to take a break, and asked his front office staff to get us bottle water. This man is a great one, that I wouldn't hesitate to have anyone in my family seek care with Dr. Rashid. The horrible comments, are completely unwarranted, and it hurts his practice. How would you like to be a restaurant owner, and because you didn't comp the meal , you get a horribly fictitious review- which will hurt your business. Is just sad and pathetic. Legitimate reviews good or bad are of course warranted, this just seems one or… two people made a bunch of fake accounts to take this man down. For us, he was a breath of fresh air, and a keeper for my family.

Do not go to this doctor. He gave incorrect EMG results and told me that the pain from my neck that was going down my arm was coming from my elbow. He wrote false information in two reports and the work comp carrier denied procedures by quoting his reports. This was for procedures that he was requesting. His office told me they did not have an appointment for three months due to vacations. Since I left his office, it has been determined that I have five bulging disks with radiculopathy. I have a new EMG that shows impairment of the C8 nerve. I have been to five surgeons, and the consensus is that I need a two level fusion. This doctor sold out to work Comp carriers at their patients’ expense. He should lose his license.

Forgoes his Hippocratic Oath for a pay check from C.I.G.A. (Work Comp carrier) *Warning regarding CIGA on Google Maps review - a must read* I have had three (3) other EMG/NCS tests which all show the same problem, Radiculopathy nerve damage 2007, 2011 and 2017. Radiculopathy IS NOT a nerve problem that corrects itself. In need of another back surgery C.I.G.A. requested a new EMG/NCS test. I only brought in the 2017 test to have the doctor compare with the new test. Right off the bat Dr. Rashid claims that the 2017 test was inaccurate. After the test he states that I have no problems with my nerves. Therefore no surgery to relieve 4mm disc bulge which the steroid injection, MRI and CT showed it would help. So he is telling me that three different doctors doing the same test which all show the same things are wrong.......I think not. If you are in need of a EMG/NCS nerve test DO NOT trust Imad Rashid to be truthful with you or the test. CIGA does not want to pay for another surgery so… the test came out negative. CIGA has done this several times in the past with other tests. If you have CIGA as the Work Comp carrier definitely don't trust him. See Google Maps review for Warning and Pictures. I was sent to Dr. Rashid by a Work Comp. adjuster due to a work related injury. After his examination Dr. Rashid printed out the results, examine them, went back on his laptop and made changes, then printed out another copy. When I asked to see the original copy Dr. Rashid said “this is my copy“ and stormed out of the room. I felt like my interaction with Dr. Rashid was super shady and extremely suspect, I felt like I was being scammed! I am much worse off now then before with no help from Dr. Rashid!

I am appalled at the lack of organization this office continues to demonstrate! Calls are not returned and I've been hung up on twice. I waited over 2 weeks to obtain a referral to get a CT scan. When I called about it, I was told that they were very behind! That is unacceptable, especially for a doctor who appears to be a pain specialist. When I saw the doctor, he had not even looked at the CD provided by my orthopedist. He was brisk, talked with me as if I had a medical degree and appeared frustrated when I asked him to explain. I have sought another specialist.

When I went to see him he told me I was a faker. Now two spine surgeries later and two more needed he was an idiot. He made up his mind even before he seen me, so none of the test he was doing did he do correctly. I seen many other Dr's to this date and none of them came up with the same Rashid did, which means that he didn't do his job correctly

didn't feel comfortable with him from the start. personally I think he has a problem accepting an yones opinion but his own. never felt more uncared for in my life as far as medically. but the office staff was very nice.

I am new to the community. I had been with my previous family doctor for 14 years. I have a chronic back condition and have been treating chronic pain for about 5 years. Because I had such a great relationship with my last doctor, I was searching for someone who I could discuss my health with, partner with regarding my treatment. I wanted to be treated like an adult and participate in my health care. To be fair, I should have heeded the other reviews I read before seeing this doctor...but after reading them I couldn't imagine a health care professional being so bad. I was wrong. This doctor is very detached, very cold in his bedside manner. The office is paperless, which means all notes are kept on a computer and he's making those entries as we visit in the office. I don't mind this, BUT this doctor was more into his computer than he was me or my visit. Once he had my "list" of conditions, he proceeded to lecture me about how I should manage my pain, made it EXCEEDINGLY… clear that there would be NO prescription pain meds issued to me, (even though I never asked for them), was NOT interested in obtaining any of my previous treatment records from the doctor I'd been seeing for 14 years. He schedules 4 "routine" tests..mammogram, PAP smear, blood tests and other lab work, even though I had already had those performed within the last 3 months in my previous state. I did none of those tests, refused to return to his office and am STILL searching for a doctor I can talk to. I would recommend to anyone reading this review to bypass this doctor. He talks about your duty to partner in your health care, but refuses to accept his part of the contract by being available, approachable and being unable to hold a conversation with you.

I saw Dr, Rashid and he told me to deal with the pain and go back to work or quit my job and be on permanent disabilities. I told him i want to back to where I was before I got hurt, I did not like taking pain meds. he did not offer anything alternatives. He did not want to order a MRI because he said it would not show anything. I had to basically demand an MRI. He had bad patient care. I do not want to return to him but i have no choice.

Dr. Rashid had no clue who I was and took no time to read my chart before seeing me. Whene couldnt find the follow-up paperwork from other Dr's I was seeing, he asked me for the info. When I couldn't give him the info he needed He YELLED at ME for not being proactive in my care, . Save the grief, I wish I would have read reviews before I was seen by him. He doesn't care. I saw Dr. Rashid in the rocklin US Healthworks office and his staff are nice, and the other Dr's in the building are decent and have been accommodating whenever Rashid is unavailable for 3-4 weeks between office visits. Dr. Rashid will not even care when you have a violent bad reaction to medicines he will put you on. Dr. Rashid does not care about his patients
