Theresa their office manager hung up on me twice when speaking about billing records. I was dismissed as a patient over 15$ lol then hung up on when I called to resolve the matter. I would not recommend this office to ANYONE not even a individual In need of this offices “specialty” if I could give it 0 stars I would

Worst customer service from receptionist/nurse I ever had at doctor's office! First of all even if you have an appointment you need to wait around an hour. So get ready! When asking the nurse/receptionist about the reasons of waiting, she lies, answers in a very unprofessional way. By the way, don't even ask her name, she will slam the window right in front of you (chabby young girl). Doctor was OK, at least it was fast but I don't want to come back to the place where I was treated in such a way. Awful experience!!!

Our entire family has seen Dr. Chu since 1988. We are greatfull for all he has done for all of us.Having gone to specialists and getting their recommendations is exactly what Dr. Chu has us already doing. They say stay with Chu and we are extremely lucky to have him here in central Ohio. We know how lucky we are.

Great Dr however the time it takes to get an appointment is ridiculous. As well the wait time is even more absurd. I always wait at least an hour in waiting room then another 1/2hr/45 min in the room waiting to be seen

Fails to follow-up in a timely manner. Prescribes medication combinations that cause drug interactions. Only works at Westerville location 3 days a week. Difficulty obtaining lab results( took 3 weeks).

Doctor Chus either has too many patients or simply does not care about his patients since getting responses from him is like dealing with the federal government.
