Recently saw Dr. Vincent Iacono and my pain issues had increased over the 3 wks waiting for my apptmnt. Dr. Iacono spent considerable time with me after x-rays taken - has treated my back several times, yrs. ago and I truthfully thought my knees had become the greater problem. It was his expertise, professional integrity and pure human compassion that helped me walk out with a diagnosis I never saw coming, but felt I might be able to manage ---knowing I would have access to follow up as needed with a GREAT orthopedic surgeon!

Only saw his PA for the first few visits and she was bright, explained what was going on and fought for treatment that helped be significantly. The first appointment with Dr. Iacono was out of the 1950's - condescending, rude, obviously hadn't read my file. Only gave 2 stars because his PA was great.

went in with acute spinal fracture & he never touched me. Told me to come back if I didn't feel better. Saw asst. on next visit & she told me to "suck it up" & that I had 15 mins, so stop complaining" Next visit MRI revealed acute spinal fracture, cut spinal cord etc... he says nothing! GO BACK TO WELDING, you're useless as a DR.?

This man was condescending and rude. He must have missed the course on bedside manner. The only thing I came away with after this visit was a migraine. Do No Harm - Really?

Dr Iacono was very patronizing (probably because I am 76 years old and he didn't think I could absorb his superior verbage?). He really didn't explain my MRI results as I don't think he had looked at the complete report. He kept saying " think of your body like a car that has a lot of miles on it.." I would have preferred actual details. It was a waste of time except that I received my MRI report.
