My visits were always great. His staff is also Amazing so BLESSED to have found Dr Miele. He truly gave my life back to me. ?????? I could never Thanked them all enough...

Worst appointment I’ve ever had with a doctor,

Dr. Miele and I had some issues about lack of communication during previous visits. I met with him today and he was very available and open to my criticism and very interested in improving some things I pointed out to him. I very much respect him for this. He is a caring and attentive physician, with an excellent reputation as a surgeon, which is why I chose him to begin with. I hope that we reaffirmed our previous good relationship and I take back what I may have written in some anger previously. He does his very best, which is all one can ask of a doctor.

In over two years of seeing Dr. Miele he NEVER ONCE looked at my images with me or tried to educate me about them. When he performed the surgery his report mostly stated that he "was present" for most of the procedures, not that he DID them. The surgery itself was unsuccessful-- a failed fusion, a loose screw The PLIF graft is protruding into the spinal canal by about 3 or 4 mm causing some mass effect and the left pedicle screw appears to be loose and protruding out the superior cortex. After admitting that the fusion had failed, Dr. Miele sent me to a ripoff regenerative medicine person named Verlie Donaldson, who charges a fortune for doing nothing. One appointment with Dr. Miele was cancelled without even informing me, for several others Dr. Miele himself was not even present. I liked him personally when I first met him, but was deeply disappointed by his lack of true caring, unreliability, and failed surgery. When I sent him an email to inform him of the findings of another… surgeon regarding him surgery, he did not even respond.

Short, condescending, he acted like a complete jerk

I had a 1:00 appointment with Doctor Miele. I got to the Doctors Monroeville office 15 minutes early and filled out my paperwork; which should have been mailed to me. After waiting an hour and a half I asked the receptionist how much longer? She told me that there were still 6 people ahead of me. I understand things happen,but that was ridiculous. We were just ignored the whole time. No one informed us that the doctor was running that far behind, nor did anyone care. I am in extreme pain from a recent back surgery and to ignore me and leave me sitting in the waiting room without any information or update on the doctor running so far behind was a shame. Had I been informed, I could have rescheduled and saved myself a lot of pain and time. I cannot put my faith and trust in a doctor with such poor time management and organizational skills. Extremely disappointed!!!

He has done my back surgeries, my Son's, and probably my Daughter. He takes his time with his patients and is thorough with everything. I would recommend everyone to him, I have a lot of faith in him..

Dr. Vincent Miele changed my life I had horrible pain in my lower back and my legs for almost a year now I can get up and just walk without excruciating pain in just six weeks time actually in the first couple weeks I had no pain in my legs at all excellent care at Passavant Hospital and the staff is wonderful I would recommend him to anyone and everyone fabulous Dr thank you for giving my life back again I have 3 baby girl grandbabies now I can actually do stuff with them and enjoy them

He understood and listened to every detail. He is doing several tests to see what could be possibly causing my problem. He looks at you and listens to all concerns and explains every detail.

Dr. Miele has been phenomenal with me. After four years of seeing numerous top notch doctors he is the first to give a true diagnosis and a plan to allow me to get back my quality of life.
