We have been seeing Dr Serafino since my son was born, and have always been happy with his care. My son recently went for his 16 year physical, and we are still happy with both the doctor and the staff-all of whom have been there the whole time, which says a great deal about the office.

Dr. Serafino is good, but the staff is courteous, but seem disorganized. Long wait times.

I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Serafino as my children's pediatrician since 1993 when my first son was born. He is still my two younger daughters pediatrician.

Dr. Serafino is compassionate, easy to talk to, listens VERY WELL, spends as much time as is necessary, and for the 6 years we've been seeing him (from birth), Dr. Serafino has been right on target with diagnosing and treating my son. He also follows up by calling to make sure everything is OK. He is wonderful, as far as we are concerned.

Dr. Serafino is an excellent doctor. He is truly compassionate and very smart. The office staff is also very friendly and compassionate. My son was in asthma treatment for three years with other doctor. when Dr. Serafino heard his cough, he immediately told me that he has croup not asthma. I was happy to know that and that he finally will get the right treatment.

The dr is really nice and friendly, compliments which makes the child feel better really really good staff is experienced too.

Went to him 9 years ago had to switch due to incsurance. My 8 year old was the patient today and my nine year old was along for the visit (she was too young to remember going to him). When we left they both said he was nice and they liked that he joked with them. I like the he has a great bedside manner and he takes the time to explain everything. Great doctor... evern the kids think so.

Dr Serafino has been my son's doctor for 13 years. Dr Serafino has always spent all the time necessary and has always been there for us.I wish he wasn't a pediatrician so I could have him as my physician....
