Excellent care.

I’m being scammed out of 2000$ because Dr. Vineeta Estes’ office lied about submitting verification of coverage for a routine procedure with my insurance. There was a “misunderstanding” and they said I was covered, but according to my insurance they never submitted verification or requested approval for payment through the appropriate route. Her office assured me that it was Ochsner’s mistake and they would be responsible for the cost. However, they stopped responding to my messages after a while and never resolved this with the billing department. A year later and I’m still getting letters from debt collectors and attorneys. This is unacceptable.

I'm 45 years old with one little girl, Went to see Dr Vineeta for some pelvic pain and she did an ultra sound and some blood work and she said my CA125 was a bit elevated so she suggested strongly to have a hysterectomy on me and remove everything even though my ovaries looked normal and fine!!! With no concern or some bedside manners she just wanted to put me on an early surgical menopause without looking further in to it, she said if I was her sister she would have done this surgery yesterday to prevent anything bad that might be growing inside of me! She really put me in to a nightmare! I went to see another doctor's opinion (not with Ochsner) and he did an ultrasound and the same blood work test but my blood test came back normal!!!! he said I had fibroids that can easily be removed with a Robotic Myomectomy and that my Uterus is normal and my ovaries are okay and in normal shape, there is absolutely no need for hysterectomy but just the fibroids can be removed .. I did the… surgery and everything turned out very good, my fibroids were benign and there were nothing to worry about!! I really still don't understand what Dr Estes was trying to do to me?? But I know for sure I wouldn't recommend her to anyone and will never ever see her again!!

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a gynecologist. She made no effort to talk with me afterwords and furthermore submitted fraudulent testing to my insurance in hopes of more money. She is money hungry and has no bedside manner. In addition, the facility did not follow up once tests were concluded. You could not pay me to go back to this gynecologist. worst experience ever. I do not recommend her.

She is terrible. Diagnosed me of PCOS and had never heard of Metformin? What kind of Ob is she? Has nothing to talk in appts. A woman pregnant for the first time needs more information. Could not move doctors, was stuck with her all the way into my c section. She never even asked me if I wanted epidural. The anesthesia team just barged in and I had no clue. terrible doctor.

Dr. Estes is a great listener and very helpful. Dr. Estes shows compassion, great bedside manners and she follows up with promptness. Great Doctor!)

Dr. Estes has gone above and beyond. She has listened to my concerns and I always feel she takes time to insure my questions are answered. I also appreciate the fact that she is a mother herself and is willing to share her own personal experiences. She is direct and gets to the point yet has a great bedside manor.

This was my first visit with Dr. Estes, and I found her to be a very good listener. Her approach was quite genuine, and she immediately made me comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable situation.

She has nothing to say at her appointments. Not at all interactive.She could use a little more compassion especially for first time mothers.

i absoutly love dr estes!!!! she is prob one of the most down to earth dr ever! when you go see dr estes, you can feel comfortable discussing things with her!
