Dr. Virginia A Mcintosh, MD

The front office is horrible. I believe the lady’s name is Kat (I could be wrong), but she is very rude and does not have good phone presence. It honestly makes sense why AI is starting to take over customer service, because some people lack the basic decency to treat others with respect over the phone. I will not be seeing Dr. McIntosh anymore. She is always busy and, in my opinion, does not have a good team supporting her. I don’t feel like she was helpful for me. Her physician assistant was actually better. Overall, the office experience was not good, especially the front desk. I would not recommend this office. Stay away.

Dr. Macintosh is a wonderful and caring doctor and very compassionate. The front desk woman is not compassionate or caring to your needs. Annoyed attitude as if she is doing you a favor. Not good for this office.

Dr. McIntosh came highly recommended. I called her office on a Monday and spoke to Valerie. I explained we were looking to change physicians and provided pertinent insurance info etc.so w4e could make a new patient appointment. Since it was Monday, she said things at the office were hectic. I said no problem call me back later today or tomorrow. Both times came and went. I called back on Wednesday and explained to the person answering the call what had happened with setting up an appointment. Despite the apology and a promise someone would call back later in the day, NOTHING. I called AGAIN on Friday and explained the situation again. I was promised someone would get right back to me. Now, it's been more than a week and still NO RESPONSE. My question: How can you select a physician when the front office can't even schedule a simple new patient appointment?

Dr McIntosh is really a great doctor and always are worried about her patients because she takes good cares a lot and respond in a good time manner to all her patients complaints.Dr Macintosh "staff is the best" from the sweet and attentional help at the front desk to her rooms,you are treated with a unique care and professionalism.I am so glad to have this great team taking care of me anytime wherever I need.If I am in pain or needs to see a doctor I just call them and rapidly they respond to help me faster as they can.

lady at front desk very rude. Don't bother calling her for anything you won't get anywhere.
