Dr. Virginia Pagani-Amaral, MD

Dr. Pagani lied to me about my test result when I saw her in St. Cloud for my ultrasound test results. She said my ultrasound was normal and no cysts! I told her I was suprised because I have lower pelvic pain and she told me it sounds like my intestines and to see a pcp if it gets worse. Dr Pagani told me this while she knows my test result from the ultrasound has a cyst on it. Saturday rolls around and I’m in the worst pain of my life my abdomen feels like it’s going to pop my back hurts so bad and I’m in a great deal of discomfort so my husband takes me to the emergency room. I find out in the emergency room after having a catscan in the hospital that I have multiple ovarian cysts and the ER doctor advised me to see my obgyn right away. I saw the nurse Gaston that works in the same office as Pagani and the nurse told me my my ultrasound in their office did show a left side ovarian cyst. Pagani hid my results from me and I feel violated and really upset to find the truth like this.

I am looking forward to see this doctor that was referred by my PCP I need medical attention and this is the 4th time they reschedule my appointment because DR Pagani is not available I will understand if is one or two time that it happens but four ?? And what it make that worse is the stuff in the office particularly this Meredice person terrible, no empathic at all ! Keeping me on hold for more than an hour that is not caring about patients !! I would demand more commitment with the patients and do respect the time and schedule as we do ...

She does not take time to communicate and brushes over any questions. She ordered optional (expensive!) testing without my consent.

I tried to call Dr Pagani's office over a week for a prescription refill and they never returned me. I had to go to a Walk In Clinic to get my medicine because they just don't answer calls. And also my sister in law spent 2 days in pain and calling them without any answer. Ridiculous care with their patients

DO NOT PUT YOUR HEALTH AT RISK BY GOING TO SEE THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A DR.
