Great staff and caring doctor. Been coming for years

They scheduled me for a procedure that involved giving myself an enema two hours prior to my appointment. I did as I was told. I got there early and was asked if I was supposed to be there. I showed the rude receptionist my appointment/instructions paper and she went back behind the glass door. I drove from Gainesville where I'm currently getting treatment for ALL Leukemia and gave myself a enema for no reason because the person that does the procedure couldn't show up. Why not reschedule me? Why make me shove stuff up my hind end and waste gas and time?

Listens, patient, caring, and staff is really great, except windows lady to check in for procedures.... she was rude. But great nurses and staff beyond that. Highly recommend!

I was admitted to Ocala Regional on Sunday November 12. Admitting physician requested GI consult. Dr. Reddy did not respond until Wednesday 11/15. After the procedure (upper GI scope ) he never came by to discuss findings. He did, however , give order for NPO and scheduled another procedure for that night . I had already been NPO since Sunday waiting for the consult. At this point I refused any further contact and asked for another doctor .

More interested in procedures than patients.

Prepped my 83 year old mom for a ct scan with chronic stage 2 kidney disease. After drinking two big bottles of contrast and sitting for over an hour, Dr Reddy's office could not find her blood work results to go forward with the scan. Rescheduled the ct scan for three days later. Needed her to prep again. Still could not find her blood work. Turning into medicare.

This Dr scheduled my husband EVERY 2 months for a scope down his throat necessitating him to be put under anesthesia. This went on for over 3 years before his primary found out and said that was Malpractice and he stopped him from going to Dr reddy any longer. Stay away and find another Dr who isn't worrying about his pocketbook and is about YOU

Dr. V. Reddy is an expert in his field and is very diligent in establishing treatment protocols and following up during and after treatment. He is patient and takes time to explain treatments and their effect on one's body - and mind. His post-treatment care is exceptional in that he takes time to fully explain what to expect and how events/effects might happen. He consistently makes one feel valued and respected. My experience with Dr. V.Reddy has been outstanding and I will recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.

Dr. Reddy and staff were rude, rushed, and inattentive. My 86 year old father was not treated with respect or dignity. Dr. did not address my father and his back was to him while he hammered me with questions regarding my father's health issues. Very unprofessional atmosphere .We knew when we left his office we would never return. We do not recommend Dr. Reddy at all!

I just want to say Dr. Reddy, his staff, and Bern Paraiso, the GFA Medical Administrator, saved my life. My only symptom appeared to be indigestion, but the examinations (Colonoscopy and EGD) revealed some serious problems were detected and remedied. I'd like to mention the stool cards tested at a local lab indicated that I didn't have any problems. Don't waste your time, money, or risk your life by relying on stool cards; get the real Colonoscopy and EGD by Dr. Reddy. I just contacted Bern Paraiso at GFA and she made all the arrangements for me. She was also great with follow ups and I'll always remember, they saved my life.
