Vito Petrozzino, MD

When I was pregnant with my first child, I did so much research, wanting to find the best pediatrician for my baby. Dr. Petrozzino came highly recommended, and has been caring for my children for 19 years. Through the years, Dr. P. has always made himself available to my family. I know that if I have a question, I can call him and get an answer right away. If one of the kids is sick, I know they will be seen the same day, without any issue. I have his cell number in case of an emergency. I've even called him with questions regarding my husband and myself. He truly cares about my family and is interested in their development and well-being. Sadly, my oldest is ready for an "adult" doctor now, but I know I can call Dr. P any time. My other two children will continue to see Dr. Petrozzino for many years to come.

He has given quality care to both our grandkids, who are now 10 and 12. He is jovial, caring, thoughtful, and conservative re. medications. He is scrupulous about seeing patients as per their appointment time. The icing on the cake is the office staff who put our girls at ease and make them laugh.

I was most disappointed with this doctor.

This doctor was extremely rude to me and to my husband. He was rough with my 3 year old son. He has a terrible bedside manner and he is extremely disrespectful. I will never go back to him.

If the office wasn't on my limited list of accepting my insurance, I would never go back. The office itself has an old grimy feel, the one nurse is so unpleasant and doesn't even acknowledge my baby (the patient). It is a pediatric office after all and no one seems to even slightly enjoy children in there. Dr himself was not thorough at all. Basically he read questions off a list of the developmental stages my baby was supposeded to be in and that was the extent of his visit.

Dr. Petrozzino is caring, patient with questions and spends time with the little ones getting to know them. He understands and is compassionate with worries, concerns and fears. His diagnosis has been 100% accurate with my children and always knows just how to treat them and gives me alternatives if I'm uncomfortable with the treatment.A wonderful Dr. whom I strongly recommend to all parents. Staff is also caring and compassionate and patient.
