Extremely fast. Five minute or less appointment shows there's no caring about the patient.

Office staff members had poor command of the English language. They made numerous mistakes involving my first visit and the ordering of my prescriptions. One staff person made mistakes twice regarding my birth date. Another mistake was involving my e-mail, and not being able to send me important papers. My prescriptions did not get sent to my pharmacy, requiring me to make additional calls to the DR office and pharmacy. Once they were called in, only half of the prescriptions got called in, requiring more wasted time calling the DR office. I will likely change my PCP selection to Dr. Cheryl Case-Diaz in Pembroke Pines. I have interviewed their office manager, and feel comfortable that their office can deliver better administrative services for English speaking person like myself.

Dr. Bilasano is good but unfortunately when it comes to getting a referral is an issue. They have only one person called Monique in charge and she does not deliver her job. Recently, I had to reschedule my specialists appointments because she does not does her job. I have called to talk to Dr. Bilasano but Moniques co-workers covers the mistakes for her and they don't give my message to the Dr. I had to look for another Primary

I was patient with her some time ago and I lost her contact. She is extraordinary with the treatment of patients. I recommend her professionally to ??, and I wish her the best in her profession. I am very excited to have found her Again.

Dr Bilasano is a great Dr who takes time to listen to her patients. She advised me on my heath issues and gave the right treatment plan. I will definitely recommend her and her practice to all my family and friends. AND most of all she speaks Tagalog!!!!

I have been looking for her and finally found where she is thru vitals.com. I will go wherever she goes as there is no other doctor out there with that genuine smile and experience. She really listens and has that sweet and compassionate personality that you rarely find now on new doctors. Check her out! She has office in Memorial Miramar and Mem West medical buildings....

I became Dr. Bilisano's patient when I joined CarePlus and had Hallandale Medical Group as my primary. I still have them. I was extremely upset and disappointed when I learned Dr. Bilisano had left Hallandale Medical Group. She treated me, as she did all her other patients, as if they were familyt members. She was caring, listened yes, actually listened to whatever she was informed, and sent me to proper physicians/diagnostic centers, etc., as she saw fit, making certain to read all of her reports when they were received and immediately making certain contact was made with me for follow-up appts. I miss her dearly,. Hallandale Medical is a wonderful office for treatment and I would not consider leaving them, but I sure wish Dr. Bilisano would return. I never felt uncomfortable with her, nor her treatments. she is missed - very much. an Excellent Personable and Caring physician in all ways. Those of you who have her as your physician can consider yourselves fortunate. You… have one of the best! thank you Dr. Bilisano, I hope you do get to read this.
