Dr Kim is a good diagnostician and treater but lacks skills in running on office. I’ve had 2 bad experiences in the last 6 months. One appt was at 9 am approximately. I waited over an hour in the waiting room... I left when I was not seen for an hour and twenty minutes after arrival. Second appt was at 2:30 pm for a dilation and injection. I have cataracts that prevent me from driving after dark. She dilated my eyes and I sat for 2.5 hours. I complained that I would no longer be able to drive myself home as it was dark. Her office doesn’t use common sense and overbooks. I had to call for a ride and left my car parked in front of her office overnight. I will be changing doctors - this is no way to treat patients. The office staff apologized but Dr. Kim did not. If someone cannot run an office, I cannot trust him with something so important as my vision.

I was impressed by the entire staff from the front desk to those assisting me with my exams. Dr. Kim was a professional in her diagnosis and explanations in full detail of my prognosis and follow up treatments. My experience reassured me that I'm receiving excellent eye health care.

She is AMAZING!!! On time. On point. Knowledgable. Dedicated. Thorough. Informative. Pleasant. Human. She gets it. She is a paragon within her industry. Dr. Vivian Kim goes above and beyond for her patients.

Wonderful personality and bedside manner. Great sense of humor and comfort in trying times. I had a detached retina a year ago, and after the last surgery, can see again in my right eye. Dr Kim has my undying gratitude and appreciation for her sense of professionalism.
