Dr. Vivian L Lugo-Eschenwald, MD

I have been a patient of them for over 10 years. I was hesitant to go back for advice/prescription after I mislead by one of their staff members I never met before and my concerns for such was proven to be right. I was 100% ignored of my physical pain and was even given Legal Advice about the US Constitution and what people can and can not do about your your medical privacy. I was even given a dosage increase without even disclosing it. Is a shame how we are lacking in ethics these days.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Lugo. She is the most caring doctor I have ever had. My entire family saw her and were very heartbroken when we had to move away from the area as that meant we would not have her as our doctor. I have not found another docotr like her.

Dr. Lugo is an excellent listener and diagnostician. She is very thorough and caring. Great doctor, though sometimes hard to see because every patient wants to see her.

Dr. Lugo is great; however, you'll never get to see her or even speak with her. Her clientele has grown as all doctors want, but she doesn't grow the staff to effectively provide that 'feel good' service. Appointments will be rushed through and absolutely no follow up.
