Dr. Vivian Odette Rodriguez Gonzalez, MD

I was really looking forward to seeing Dr. Vivian Rodriguez Gonzalez and had an appointment for over 2 months. When I went in, I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out the 'new patient' information. Then as my appointment approached, I was told that I MUST wear a mask. Oh wow.... that really hit hard. While each person has a different opinion of this, I WILL NOT!!!! wear a mask just to make the people who are requiring it, feel better that they have control. The information is out folks, they don't work. So either the medical staff is trying to control you or they simply don't believe the science and proof. Either way, I choose not to play that game and canceled my visit after 30 minutes of filling out paper work. Don't get me wrong, I was VERY disappointed and wanted to have her as a doctor but when I realized she's one of those CONTROL people, I rather take my chances somewhere else. If you don't stand up to things like this, these type of people will do what they did during… COVID peak, all over again. I choose to choose elsewhere.

New patient. Was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. Arrived early and waited to see the doctor for 1.5 hours. Finally went into the room and saw an assistant who asked me questions he could fill the doctor in on. Waited another 30 minutes for the doctor and answered the same questions again! Dropped off my prescription the same day. 6 weeks later my pharmacy and I have left multiple messages and never gotten a response! I call multiple times a week during business hours and they never answer the phone. Still have no prescription filled. Doctor came highly recommended to me. This is not how you should run a business especially in health care. Not returning.

I worked in the medical field for 20 years and if I was as derelict in my duties and Dr Rodriquez or her staff I wouldn't have lasted a week. I had both blood work and an ultrasound and I wasn't called with results. There is no excuse for not informing a patient with results. After several calls I was finally able to speak with Dr Rodriquez who then ordered a biopsy. I was never contacted for a biopsy appointment. Also, I asked for a physical copy of my blood work as well because the staff had no idea how to use the patient portal or how to sign me up. I was told the Doctor was busy and that she would be on the phone all day if she reported lab results to patients. And how does one know if they are normal or abnormal without being informed? I was dumbfounded. I wished to pass on my experience to Dr. Rodriquez personally and she never called me. Dr. Rodriquez dropped the ball as well as her staff. I wouldn't put my health in this doctor's hands and surely not her incredibly rude staff.

Excellent Dr who has a great bed side manner. She is very good at explaining the issues and medications to treat your symptoms.

If you have gone to multiple drs and they can not diagnose you, she can or will refer you to another specialist that she trusts. Long term patient of 15 years!

Dr. Rodriguez is an amazing doctor. I never feel rushed when she's going over lab work or anything else. She explains herself very well and gives you the opportunity to ask questions, unlike other doctors I've seen that literally take 2 minutes with you and walk out. The only complaint I would have is when calling the office, it's hard to reach someone. The patient portal is not always up and running therefore making it hard to communicate. This won't keep me from seeing her, because she really is very knowledgeable and professional.

Good knowledge, good interaction with patients, good diagnostics, but unfortunately deficient customer service from her staff. Staff no answering phone calls, no returning voice messages, and some time no even notifying patients test results by publishing in the electronic system or by calling. Good doctor, bad staff.

I feel I owe my live to Dr. Vivian Rodriguez, she is an excellent doctor. After five years of being diagnosed incorrectly I finally found Dr. Vivian, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Since then she has taken excellent care of my health.

The doctor and nurses are awesome. However, when making an appointment, the clerk is very unprofessional.

Dr. Rodriguez is an awesome doctor However, when calling to make appointments, Crystal at the desk is usually pretty rude. If you can overlook the immaturity of this one person, the appointment is usually great!
