Really poorly managed office - that's my biggest gripe - but also I didn't get correct answers or diagnosis to my issues. They told me I had cancer and had me do a biopsy, which came back healthy. Thanks for that stress - sure didn't need it in my life. MUCH happier with my new provider, who is professional, accurate, and answers my questions. Would NOT go to Storrer.

Everyone, from the front desk to to the physician, was cold, impersonal, and unfriendly. There was also a long wait and they failed to call in needed prescriptions and then could not be reached.

I've had horrible problems with this office in scheduling issues, billing, etc.

This Doctor spends no time with her patients. Refuses to give standard care and has an unprofessional staff

I've been going to Dr. Vivian Storrer for several years now, and I have to say I love knowing she is there for me. She conducts office visits on a personal note, making sure my questions are answered completely. I am not treated like I'm stupid like a lot of doctors do, but like an equal so that I can take responsibility for my own health concerns as a team member instead of a robot. I wish I could see her for all my health concerns, as finding a doctor's office that is this good in SLO county is difficult as we all know.
