Dr. Vivian Tran, MD

At 60 I’ve had several Doctors , but none that I trust as much as Dr. Vivian Minh Tran . She is someone that for some reason I’m very comfortable with no reservations or filters . Her Expertise, Dedicated and Compassion really shows without effort you really feel she personally cares about you . For me she will be My Last Primary Care Physician .

Vivian Tran sent me away several times after I complained about my neck pain. Telling me to just forget about it and it will go away. Well it got progressively worse to where I could barely move my neck. I was finally given antibiotics by another doctor and by this time the infection had moved into my body pretty deep. I’m not sure I’m entirely in the clear at this point but I’m at least able to go to the store without feeling like I might pass out. Stay away from this doctor.

Scripps doctor Vivian Tran told me earlier this year that I was too young to have arthritis or anything like that . I told her my hands,feet ,and knees hurt really bad . She told me that I was not old enough. She told me to come back in a few months if still in pain . Guess what , now some of my fingers have zero cartilage. I guess I was old enough. She has no idea what kind of lifestyle we patients have . She has no right to send patients away . I wish I had not listened to her . If you value your health , stay away from her .

Dr. Tran is a young doctor. Which I don't mind. She greeted with me with respect and was prompt. She had a friendly bedside manner and when I have contacted her or her office with questions or requesting something she is quick to get back to me. She listened to my concerns and when offered me a different solution to what I wanted and declined she didn't push and said, "well whatever works right!" Before I left she made sure I didn't have any other questions and asked if she could refill any of my medication. She is really a great doctor!
