Dr. Vivian Chung-Wen Tsai, MD

Anyone out there if you ever get to be seen by this doctor refuse to see her and ask to be seen by someone else,this person is rude,arrogant and does not listen to the patient needs or take any suggestion from the patient who well knows their body and more less with a 18 year old disease. I've been having the worse treatment at kaiser in Harbor city by these doctors that when they come in to see you clearly looks and sound that are new to the field and that i don't know how the state gave them a practice license since Feb I'm dealing with a severe kidney infection,i already went unconscious,had a cardiac arrest secondary to the infection and these call MD's do not know how to treat,i gotten better service and more aggresive treatment at Harbor UCLA and they have residents and only 1 attending physician which they obviously know what they're doing. Please people avoid seing this dumb doctor just because can't post bad words but,I'm pretty sure you guys can figure it out.
