Dr. Viviana Carolina Frazier, MD

I had a completely different experience with Viviana. She was angry with me, grilled me about my medical history, and obviously wasn't paying attention. I felt really uncomfortable with her and wish I had seen someone else.

So blessed to have Dr. Frazier as my physician. She is so caring and thorough. It is very easy to schedule through mychart as well as see your medical records. Can’t recommend enough - Dr Frazier is the best.

Dr Frazier has been my PCP for many years. She is an exceptional & compassionate physician. She listens to the patient. She encourages a healthy life style. I am fortunate to have her as my physician

I just called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, and I was told by the receptionist that "Dr. Frazier is not accepting new patients." Don't get your hopes up; move on to the next PCP in your area.

Dr Frazier is one of the few Doctors I have been to that really cares about you as a person and when it takes to get you better no matter what the issue.

I've been a patient of Dr. Frazier for 3 years. I've found her to be extremely competent and compassionate. She is very thorough in her examination and questions. She takes her time and I never feel rushed. She is friendly and I like her! I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good doctor.

The doctor is very kind and very gentle is a good doctor but the person or persons who are responsible for providing medical appointments are very difficult, almost gives me the impression that they do not want to give you the appointment.They are rude and difficult, I do not know if it will always be the same person or persons will be different, but almost for that reason I want to change doctors.It's a shame that because of the team's office, the doctor might lose patients.Because it is almost a challenge to get an appointment without a problem or bad service in the process.

Dr Frazier is one of the most thorough and caring doctors I have ever had. Highly recommended!

I was hit by a drunk driver and went to Dr. Viviana Frazier's office due to continuous back and neck pain. It took nearly 4 hours to get an appointment scheduled as the Front Office Staff members, namely Naomi and the Office Manager making it nearly impossible due to billing issues. I was on Medicaid at the time but was trying to pay by credit card so I could submit the bill to my auto insurance carrier who was picking up the bill. I had to get an attorney for the State of Texas AND a representative from Medicaid on the line to prove that it was completely legal for me to pay for my own medical services if I so chose. Then and ONLY then would they agree to set the appointment. Never did I get an I'm sorry or any sort of apology from either of those employees. Then on an attempted follow-up call to Dr. Frazier, (I had to leave a message because the doctor was out for the day) I received a call back the next day from a nurse who informed me that Dr. Frazier was unavailable but that… she would only prescribe a refill for medication that she had given me on my first visit. I tried to explain that the medication she had prescribed didn't work and that I would prefer if we tried something else. She kept repeating that the doctor had already stated that they would only refill the same prescription. After going back and forth with this nurse for nearly 30 minutes, I finally gave up and hung up the phone. My mother, who is also a patient of Dr. Frazier's was in there today for a visit of her own and mentioned my experience to her. Dr. Frazier stated she was standing right next to the nurse when she was speaking to me over the phone. I am now very upset to know that the doctor was standing right there and that the nurse couldn't place me on hold for two seconds to speak to Dr. Frazier and explain the situation in more detail or that Dr. Frazier couldn't simply pick up the phone and speak to me herself. The staff and the doctor both have a very carefree attitude when it comes to their patients. When we go to their office it's because we're sick and need help. We shouldn't be harrassed by the guard dogs at the front desk only to do battle with the nursing staff as well. All this just to see Dr. Frazier. And yes, for the record, we have brought all of this to her attention to which she quickly dismisses and marks it up to it just being a busy season with the flu and all. This behavior is unacceptable. I have requested a copy of my file so that I can seek out another doctor.
