I had a scheduled appointment which I had to wait 2 months for this appointment. On the day of my appointment I was told that my appointment had been made in error and I would not be seen. I was also told that I would have to make an appointment with some other doctor. I was not given any explanation why this office would not see. me.

I can't get AUBAGIO prescription filled. Staff doesn't refer messages to doctor. Told staff I thought I was having a relapse but I never got a call back from dr....he's no good in my book.

He is an amazing doctor. He's friendly and helpful. I appreciate how well he listens to me and he is a welcome addition to my medical team.

Today was my Wife's 4th appointment and it was only my 2nd visit by her side with her gradually debilitating health. We are all working together for one goal. For my loving Wife of 27 years, a better quality of life. The staff was caring and understood my frustration with Health insurance issues They were courteous and professionally.

I would advise anyone with Tri-Care to stay away from Dr. Royter's office. He claims that he accepts Tri-Care Prime however he prescribed a treatment for me and he was unsatisfied with what Tri-Care pays he tried to put the cost on me. Anyone with Tri-Care knows that we have no out of pocket cost. His office told me that they will not treat me if I do not pay them the extra cost and now I have to find a new Neurologist. This means an extra 2 months of pain for me to get in with another office now because his office is a bunch of scammers. Stay away from them.

I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Royter. In my opinion, neurologists generally seem to be frigid and blunt. At least that has been my experience with other neurologists. Dr. Royter is professional, competent, and friendly. I am able to get in to see him as soon as is necessary, and my experiences are always positive. His office is clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and professional. If you ever need a neurologist insist on seeing Dr. Royter. I believe he goes the extra mile with his patients. For instance, he has personally returned my phone calls when all I expected was a call from a receptionist. I believe this is unheard of in other practices. I highly recommend him.
