I tried to make a new patient appointment - we had checked to make sure she would accept me as a patient prior to changing my appointment. The woman on the phone when I tried to make my appointment was rude and actually swore at me. If the staff is that unprofessional, I’d hate to actually experience going into the office

In the past, I have had several bad experiences with doctors in the medical field. Dr. Z is a breath of fresh air. She is very good at diagnosing conditions and providing options. If you are looking for another PCP, she will be a great choice.

I've had several physicians in my lifetime. Dr. Zdrnja is absolutely the finest Internist I've ever had. She's caring, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. What's more, she's loved by her own staff, which says much.
