Dr. William David Boyd, MD

Dr. Boyd is one of the most knowledgeable, caring doctors I've ever encountered. When I found out he moved offices I was more than willing to make that extra drive to see him again after several years. His bedside manner is impeccable, he's very compassionate about his patients and does his utmost to make you feel comfortable! I will always request to see Dr. Boyd because I know he listens to my concerns, answers questions and helps provide solutions regarding my health needs.

Truly thankful to God for blessing us with Dr. Boyd. He is truly heaven sent. And truly have compassion for his patients.

I started seeing Dr Boyd when i moved to Jacksonville from Boston. I was a new diagnosis of Endometriosis at the age of 31. i already have 2 children so any treatment would have been good. he went in cleaned up my scar and Endometriosis tissue and put me on Lupron for 6 months. 7 months post surgery not only was i less uncomfortable i was also pregnant!!! not expected but the best result possible. the scar tissue was minimal and really not noticeable until my pregnant belly started expanding. His bedside manner is impecable. always very patient when answering questions and i always have a list of questions when i see him. when living an appointment with him i am also confident that all my questions were answered and addressed.

I've seen Dr. Boyd going on 8 or 9 years. He has never made me feel anything but extreme comfort and trust. He has never been rushed with me or caused me any pain. He always makes sure that I understand exactly what he tells me. You can tell he is extremly well educated by the way he so thoroughly explains himself. You can also tell he is passionate about his field and compassionate towards his patients. I recently had surgery and wasnt even nervous because I knew I was in such great hands. He does what he does because he cares about his patients and their well being. I drive over an hour each way to see him and always will. I have several friends who also see him and love him just as much as me. I highly recommend him. I lift him up in prayer daily, He is truly one of the best and I pray soon, with Dr Boyds help, my husband and I are able to conceive and he gets to deliver our baby. Ill never change doctors. Ever.

I barely knew Dr. Boyd was in the room the visit was so fast, however, he was quite rough with me during my check up at a pregnancy visit. He didnt even really ask me anything he just started poking away and it was painful to say the least. I would not recomment seeing him at all!!!

First impression was great. Everything was discussed. Fibroids etc. .. test was scheduled sonogram blood work etc. Sono showed large orange size fibroid with others present. I was told not to worry. Gestational diabetes due to sugar was like 104 with fasting. Generally my sugar isn't high. Blood pressure was 126/96 pretty high so there were concerns. I wanted to wait for tests on next appointment. Due to issues with a lot of pain on my left side. I couldn't get in too see OB so I rushed to ER. Possible kidney stone issues advised this was already confirmed with primary. Only 2mm and no movement this was hard to believe. I was given certain meds to take due to the pain after stating that I was pregnant 'again' ? They advised of Tylenol and another pain reliever. I began having extreme abdomen pain. Next OB appt I raised my concern but after Dr. BOYD realized I hadn't tested my sugar due to being out from work which is where I intended to test until my next paycheck to allow… me to purchase the high materials. He seemed non chalant and cold towards me. He commented on how gestational diabetes was my main concern and how it affects the baby though my own health was of concern as well?? He seemed to want to rush me out after that. I tried to bring up possum and how the pain became worse. He mentioned that it was just a coincidence. He never discussed with me my chart per my test results. That night I felt an extreme pain in my stomach it nearly paralyzed me. I went to bed in pain and awoke w ith blood all over me. I just knew it was over for me at that moment. I called after hours nurse left a message never heard anything ever! Though I did rush to the hospital. It was confirmed no heartbeat. Threatened abortion. Coincidence I think not! I so dislike this man because I blame him for my loss. He did NOTHING! After telling him I was I'm pain. Said nothing did nothing. I went through medical management to rid the pregnancy. Even now a month later I'm still dealing with this. Another doctor has been scheduling me for hcg testing due to levels aren't 5 and below. This has been a horrific experience. After this I will never use them again I'm still asking for my chart because I have yet to get any feedback!

Dr. Boyd was very rough with me during one of my exams while I was pregnant and it left me bleeding and uncomfortable. I had seen other female Doctors and they were gentle with me but Dr. Boyd was the only one available that day so I decided to see him, big mistake. Dr. Boyd was quite rough and I immediately started to bleed. I felt as if he was rushing the appointment. I would not recommend him.

Dr. Boyd was in and out of my room so fast I barely had time to register his presence! He rushed through the visit, and I was leftwith questions unanswered. The check-in process took more time than he spent in the room with me.

A lovely man and very professional, this man save my mothers life so you dont get any better than that and Mr.Boyd was so easy to talk too. Hes the best and one of gods angel.
