I agree that he is intelligent, but I simply felt very uncomfortable with him. I just feel like he has problems establishing a solid rapport, and I would not recommend

Two qualities which I found unacceptable. The first was, he failed to follow up on essential tests which she ordered. Second, poor bedside manner.

If qualities such as establishing a solid patient rapport and having a good bedside manner are qualities important to you, I would consider looking for another Urologist.

I would recommend looking for another doctor if bedside manner is important to you.

If you say something, he will argue with you about just to aggravate you. He is very difficult to communicate with. It's either his way, or the highway. I'll take the highway.

This is an intelligent, compassionate physician. He is informative and reassuring and helpful. When I needed immediate surgery, he found a way to make it happen. I am so fortunate to have found him.

I don't care much for doctors in general, but this man, Dr. Brooker sure made a difference in the life of my husband. We had all but given up on finding a civilian doctor after my husband was forced to leave the VA. Dr. Brookover was patient, kind, and took time to explain my husband's condition (which I won't go into) and we left his office feeling so encouraged and full of hope. This man's bedside manner is something all doctors should aspire too. He's simply a wonderful doctor.
