Dr Faerber did a partial knee replacement 4 years ago on my left knee. It is was and is one of best decisions i ever made. Not only did the surgery change my life Dr Faerber did excellent work before, during, and after the operation. Also I feel like he treated me like family. I couldn’t be happier.

I had ruptured my right distal biceps tendon at work and had to go through workers comp for care. Once I got approved to see a specialist, everything went smooth and quick. Dr. Faerber pushed for me to get my surgery as soon as possible because if I waited any longer the surgery may not have helped. The surgery went great! I had the same surgery on my other arm 7 years prior by a different doctor and this surgery went a heck of a lot better. The incisions looked great and Dr. Faerber was even able to line up my tattoos that he had to cut through for the surgery. I was blown away with his attention to detail. Most importantly though was how well the repair has held up and healed. I'm 4 months removed from the surgery and the arm is feeling a lot better than my other arm did at the 4 month post op mark. If I need any other surgeries in the future, hopefully I don't lol, Dr. Faerber will be my first choice. Oh and the wait in the office can be long at times, but the care you get is well… worth it. Dr.Faerber did surgery on my left shoulder 10 years ago. When I was ready for my right shoulder to be done I would only consider DR faerber. It's been 6 months now and I am well pleased. A number of my colleagues (firefighters) have had surgery from Dr. Faerber and they feel the same way.

This was the most caring informative doctor I have encountered in several years. He was extremely informative regarding the procedure & the after recovery time. He spent time with me to make sure I understood everything. I would recommend this surgeon to anyone who has joint problems & needs solid honest information & results.

People talk about how they can't get what they want, are critical of behaviour, dress and body language, but are they really there to get the doctor's OPINION!? In my opinion, this doctor listen's, takes into consideration all of the information, including other provider's input and makes a RATIONAL plan of care. He does not just give a patient what they want and that is why he has such a great record. Keep up the good work Dr. Faerber, you are appreciated and have impressed many Alaskan's

I had a partial knee replacement, and was walking after 3 days. I had to see a different doctor for follow up, but Dr.Faerber called to see how I was doing, and to see if I had questions. He had always been very easy to work with. I'm getting the other knee done in two days by him. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
