He’s a great listener

I had to cancel my New patient appointment and it’s so fire Voicemail 24 hours ahead of time. I requested a call back and never got one. When I called back several days later, the receptionist was so rude I could hardly believe it. She was rude throughout and obviously this was a turn off and I will take my business elsewhere. As a mental health provider myself, I am appalled that someone like this would be hired to work with potentially vulnerable patients !

I really like how i can open up to him and talk about anything, thats very important in a psychiatrist. I started to see Dr. Hachinsky because my old dr died climbing a mountain and i was so sad but dr Hachinsky is very good with me. Hes great at his job figuring out which meds work for whatever reason. i highly reccomend him..

I called 2 weeks before my next appointment, left a message about my Insurance change. No one called me back and I went to the appointment and was told at that time they did not except my new Insurance. I was very disappointment. If I received a call back I could have made other arrangement's to see someone else.

great doctor. good beside manner. very helpful.

He really helped me and took more than enough time to understand my condition. He was very courteous and caring. I'm better now, so I don't have to go back but would definitely recommend him to anyone.
